      The ********************** I have ever experienced in my 63 years.Early this year 2024 Midphase migrated my website and told me the migration all went ******* did not, the website lost functionality. After about a month of little to no response and no fix, I reached out to friends who fixed it in an hour. More recently they migrated my email to a new server. Same story....new server has more limits on it so I can't use it. The NEW email has limited recipients per email. Again, practically zero response after numerous attempts with chat and email.I DO NOT recommend this company at all.

      Westhost may be located in ************** **** or ********** ****. It is not clear. What is clear is that Westhost is the worst company we have used in over 30 years for any service. I would strongly recommend any other company that provides a similar service. Westhost does not have customer support. Westhost has a poorly organized website making simple things confusing and difficult. The poor website and lack of customer service, hold time as caller number one on March 6, 2024 for over 1:30 minutes. Never had anyone answer the phone. I wanted to stay on the call out of pure curiosity but after 90 + minutes I could not continue the indefinite hold. We had tried to email ******** and get support but that too did not work. We have been a long-term customer. Westhost does not seem to have any desire to retain customers. WestHost is not worth the money for the service or the time to needed to resolve any issues. This is not the first time we have had an issue but it will be the last since we are no longer going to be using Westhost. After 94 minutes on hold and as caller number 1, I had to move on. Hope this helps others from wasting their money and time.

      I have moved all my domain name registrations from Hosting Services, Inc. (dba resell.biz) and have been seeking a refund of remaining balances of $4.54 and $87.00. I requested these refunds in mid-February, 2023 and have still not received them. All I have received is nothing but runarounds for three months. This company is not responsive to their customers - as of May 24, 2023 they still do not have phone support due to Covid-19 - and do not follow up on refund queries. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years and they won't refund me $91.54 of money my business deposited with them. Even though I am paying more for domain registration with a different company, I am glad to not have to deal with an unethical and incompetent company.

      I was given a "lifetime free" *** from VPS.net. They've deleted all evidence of the promotion, but you can search archive.org for the cached version of this URL: https://www.vps.net/blog/were-going-to-one-up-ourselves-and-give-you-a-free-node/ It clearly states the *** was free for a lifetime, so long as the account was not deleted.Well, this week they decided that a lifetime doesn't actually mean that, and that they'll begin charging for these. Companies shouldn't be able to get away with using terms like "lifetime" when they have no intention of honoring them.Stay away from this company at all costs. They're a bad company, and now that they're circling the drain it's getting even worse.
