    My experience with Kustom Home Plans has been nothing short of a nightmare. Here's a detailed account of the major issues I encountered:Constant Price Changes: From the outset, the pricing was all over the place. What started as a seemingly reasonable quote quickly ballooned with hidden fees and unexpected costs. It felt like they were making up numbers as they went along.Lack of Plan Details: The plans provided were extremely vague and lacked essential details. Critical aspects of the design were either missing or poorly thought out. It was clear that they put minimal effort into ensuring the plans were comprehensive and accurate.Horrible Communication: Communication was abysmal. Getting a straight answer was like pulling teeth. Emails and calls often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it was usually unhelpful and dismissive. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism in their approach.Slow Turnaround Time: The turnaround time was painfully slow. What should have taken a few weeks dragged on for months. Each step of the process was delayed, and there was always an excuse for why things were taking so long.Unqualified Designer: Although I initially worked with ****, the actual design work was farmed out to a part-time designer who clearly had no business designing homes. The lack of expertise was evident in the poor quality of the plans and the numerous mistakes that had to be corrected.In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering Kustom Home Plans to look elsewhere. The constant price changes, lack of detail, poor communication, slow turnaround, and unqualified designers make for a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company.
