  We recently had all the windows in our home replaced by Performance Windows and couldnt be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation, we were impressed by the professionalism and product quality. The entire team was courteous and efficient, and the installation went smoothly without any issues. The new windows look great, and were already noticing improved temperature control throughout the house. Highly recommend!

  We recently had our windows replaced by Performance Windows, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From sales, to installation and afterward, the crew had great communication, reached out to us proactively, and were easy to get ahold of when we had questions. The installation process was impressively quick and convenient; the crew completed the job in just one day without disrupting our daily routine. They were professional, respectful, and took extra care to address all our concerns, ensuring we were comfortable with every step of the process. The new windows have significantly enhanced the look and feel of our home. They are stylish, easy to clean, and come with features that improve energy efficiency and reduce outside noise. Weve noticed a more comfortable indoor temperature and a quieter environment since the installation.Overall, Performance Windows delivered exceptional service and high-quality products. We highly recommend them to anyone considering window replacements.

  We had someone come try to bid us windows.They were pushy, rude, and entered parts of my home I specifically asked them not to. This resulted in the salesperson seeing my wife ******* because she was changing in our bedroom. This is UNACCEPTABLE.The bid was also an insanely different price than the original quote, practically a joke. The products they have and the quality they claim is laughable. Please do not work with these people. I felt harassed.

  We love our new windows from Performance Windows. The team was professional and always followed through with their schedule and promises. They had great communication and the install was seamless. We highly recommend checking out Performance Windows if you are considering new windows.

  If I could give zero stars i would...... the window have such a thick casing around them that it changed the entire view out of the windows - 3.5inches thick all the way around!! i would have never installed had i seen this - also i have told them from the day of install that i was not happy, was basically told too bad they are in and we will try and fix the ones i was most unhappy with - however was ghosted. then today i noticed my balance was not going down very fast in my financing - and saw that i am being charged 26.9% interest!! i have excellent credit so not a credit issue. the paperwork provide does NOT contain the interest rate. I would never have chosen these windows with these huge vinyl casings and this financing rate. also was told my energy bill would go down by half - this has not happened either.... they do not tell you the full story and then once you are unhappy - they blow off your complaints and concerns. i have been dealing with ****** ******** as the marketing director and ** ****** as Operations manager and **** ******** Market owner of Performance Windows Phoenix.

  We have recently had all new windows installed by Performance Windows. Sales consultants **** and ***** provided an impressive consultation showing all features. Installation was scheduled quickly. With 22 windows of different shapes and sizes being installed some issues are to be expected but the experience we had was terrific. The installation team led by ****** was professional, courteous and mindful of our pets and property. ****** was fully available for questions as they went along and it was obvious the team knew what they were doing. To complete the process the Project Manager ***** came to inspect, answer any questions and explain the full warranty. To say we are happy with Performance Windows is an understatement. The look of the house with all new windows is fantastic and we couldnt be more pleased!

  My experience with Performance Windows has been nothing less than exceptional! From the first contact with ****** ********* I knew this was the company I wanted to hire to do my project. ****** arrived with a team of workers to replace my 12 windows and was courteous, thorough and professional. My new windows have no doubt made my home appearance change quite a bit and the value will no doubt increase as well.

  Performance windows did a great job. They offered financing options and windows at a fair price. The windows are a nice quality product. We replaced the basement and garage windows and immediately felt a difference in warmth and security. The install was quick, quiet and clean! Great work and great windows!

  I got all my front windows replaced by Performance Windows. These are a very nice improvement over my older ones. They can be opened from both the top and bottom halves. They also turn horizontal so I can clean them without having to step outside the house. The screen mesh can be repositioned accordingly to cover whatever portion of the window is open. They have a little feature that allows the bottom half to open slightly without allowing anything bigger that a toddler through the gap. This is very useful to allow the house to vent fresh air without worrying of person getting into the house. The glass on my windows is one grade lower than bulletproof. They can take a solid punch and not crack. A pleasant secondary effect of these windows is that they muffle certain sound frequencies. The house is noticably quieter after installing these new ************************* summary, everything that was promised was delivered. I checked into into multiple options and Performance Windows was by far the cheapest.

  Good afternoon, I wanted to share my experience with Performance Windows product and installation quality; Firstly, the windows are outstanding, and the sound level transmission is restrictive and impervious to the traffic noise that we experienced prior to the replacement. Additionally, the installation of the windows by the installers was thoroughly professional and first rate.......Ultimate satisfaction in our selection with Performance Windows.
