  Zero stars! I am so hurt and disappointed because of this bogus company. We are a non profit who purchased a booth from voice suite. We never received the booth. We paid $2,879. Many emails back and forth and still no product mailed. ***** said he will send tracking number many times. He then told me he had his team making our booth a priority to finish?? ( I guess he forgot he said it was ready to ship and he was trying to find a freight company to ship such a large load) smh! I believed this man not only until my emails went unanswered did I realize we were scammed. I then see he changed his web page. He also removed his ******** page. He how has return emails that state they are pausing new orders until they finish the orders theyre working on. We had a lot of disappointed youth because of this man and his fraudulent scheme to *** others. All our funds are donated. We have no big budgets like other non profits. Our youth and team fundraisers and accept donations. ***** really hurt us by defrauding us. We are located in ************ **. ********************** is our non profit. We support at risk youth, Seniors and Homeless. This hurts. If there are others who are interested in starting a lawsuits please reach out to us. ************* ************ and this man must take responsibility for their wrong doing. Everyone who has been violated by ***** are entitled to a full refund. Anyone interested in having a zoom discussion on how we can make this all right for each of us please reach out. He really shattered hopes and dreams of many. Our goal should be to RECOVER ALL HE STOLE!He wasted our time and energy by dealing with him and we paid him a price to waste our time and energy smh

  I ordered my sound booth on January 4, 2024 for over $4,400. I was told the order would only take 4-8 weeks. It is now May 19, 2024 and I still have not received my order. I only received one reply to my emails and the excuse I received was an automated email claiming staffing shortages. Upon more investigation, VoiceSuites has multiple complaints for taking others money and not sending the final product. My money has been taken and I still have no product 4 months later, and VoiceSuites has not replied to my calls and emails. I want my final product or a FULL refund. I think this a sham company.

  I am a fraud investigator my customer order in Jan and it is the middle of April. When pressed for information about completion the merchant stopped responded.

  I ordered a booth from this company 9/10/22 and still have not received any product. I can barely get a response. More than frustrated and I feel like Im getting scammed because Im seeing people who placed orders after mine somehow receiving vocal booths when twice they have said my booth is getting ready to be shipped. I have emails and receipts of proof that I paid for a product I never received its going on 2 years and Ive got less than 5 responses. This company is fraud and I wouldnt give them another dollar if my life depended on it. I will be going to ******* may if this problem doesnt get resolved and I will resort to speaking to someone in person. ***** if you see this best believe you let your customers down big time and you will pay for every person you have scammed and treaty like less than, god willing

  Zero stars!! I ordered my booth 1/25/24 & finalized 1/30/24. Keith D**** was quick to respond to take my money ($5653.50) but soon after receiving the funds he stopped responding. I was told my booth would be completed & sent out sooner than the 8 week allotted time in a specific email from Keith & they would get in touch with me about the desk & shelf I paid extra for so that placement would be correct. After not hearing from them for a few weeks, I reached out excited about my booth progress & to inquire if they needed my guidance for shelf/desk. I received an automated email, which seems to be their go to response. I emailed again multiple times, left multiple phone messages & asked for a human to call me & please send pictures of the progress of my booth. No response other than the same automated emails. I then reached out via social media, messenger & on another phone number for Keith D**** for another shutter business. I received an email on 2/28/24 that said the delay was due to 3 staff being out sick & 1 in hospital & the booth was 'almost completed' & would be sent out the end of that week or following. It was not. I emailed,called & messaged on socials again. Received a message that he had emailed me (now 2 wks later) & the email said the same type of thing 'we are almost done, will be shipped end of this week or beginning of next' & they have had a 'rough time with 4 (not 3) staff out sick & 1 in hospital. I responded that this was the same type of excuse & that I want a refund & have sought legal counsel. I have cancelled my order via phone message, 2 text messages (for the voicesuite # & the shutter business #), via email & via FB messenger. I would not trust this company at all!! I simply want my money back & to never have to deal with them again. If you go to their FB page there is a buyer who researched after never receiving his booth either & it shows proof this is a scam!! They need to be closed or at least unable to take orders!!

  I ordered a booth from VoiceSuite in Utah on 11/16/23. It hasn’t shipped. I’ve twice been told it’s in the final stages & should ship within a week. The last time was Feb. 7. Communication is few and far between; they rarely reply to emails & phone calls. They say they’re focusing on production and replies are not a priority. BBB records for the company are not good. They often show the company gives excuses or has had misfortunes. I appreciate the challenges of operating their business. They might benefit from hiring a part-time virtual assistant to help with customer connections. I’m going to file my concerns with all appropriate agencies about their service practices. I’ve tried to be patient due to recent reported illness and injury at their shop that slows them. I think they owe customers courtesy updates. We invest significant money in this product. Many voice actors are starting their careers on shoe-string budgets and have to save extensively to make a purchase like this happen. VoiceSuite has a lengthy service agreement that works primarily to dismiss them of any commitment to guaranteeing timely completion of their “custom” orders. I ordered a very basic stock template that differs only slightly from the “ships in two weeks” model they promote. At this point, I suggest #buyerbeware for VoiceSuite.
