DO NOT STAY WITH PARK CITY LODGING! REPEAT, DO NOT STAY!Unresolved issues:When on Floor 3, the elevator would not come up to floor 3. We could hear it come to 2 and then go back to floor 1. Unfortunately, the couple who was supposed to stay with us could not access the building and had to find last minute accomodations - very costly. **** nor anyone in maintenance came to inspect the elevator. I understand this is a maintenance issue for 3rd party contractor Compass, however, my dispute is not with them. An elevator should be operable for the building or another unit should have been provided immediately. Neither took place and this went unresolved for our entire stay. I was forced to carry our luggage on the stairs and further injured my knee - which then led to a subpar ski experiece for our entire trip. We were locked out of our room in bathing suits for over an hour. After I was able to locate the on-call service, **** tried several times to do the emergency unlock unsuccessfully. Finally, he did get us access to the room. This delay caused us to miss our dinner reservation. I specifically booked Park Station due to advertising the dry sauna to nurse an injured knee and self-therapy. Unfortunately, the sauna was not operable. It was determined the sauna has not been operable for quite some time. The misleading advertising should be updated immediately. The site advertising also states - "Walk to ******************"Per Park City Lodging owner the **** post shoudl not say "walk to the lift" as this is not ski-in, ski-out and you could be fined for false advertising. I also recommend updating this verbiage. Post reads:Walking distance to ******************'s ********* and the excitement of historic ***********, this inviting hotel room sleeps up to 4 ***************** Spa whirlpool Sauna DO NOT STAY WITH PARK CITY LODGING - THEY ARE DISHONEST and NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
