    I had been a client for 19 years (before ***** took over the office). Service had always been great. One day they decided to let me know that for the previous 3 years my insurance hadnt been covering my visits as an in-network provider. This is AFTER my family had been getting regular appointments and work done. They then informed me, due to their own mistake, I owed all the difference of coverage. Sure, I get it. But, have I had known that before I would have changed dentists for my family - as dental work can get expensive. I dont live in ********* anymore, havent for over a decade, but out of loyalty and trust continued to go to this office. Good faith and trust apparently mean nothing. They lowered the amount I owed, yet its still more than a non ********* living, non- millionaire can afford. Its also an incredibly shady practice to put their financial mistake on me, again, a loyal client for nearly two decades. Its honestly sad to me move to another dentist and feels incredibly violating to my trust. Anyway, go here for great services, but dont be surprised if you find them to be completely untrustworthy in the end.
