"This is my first time using EDreams and since buying my ticket to ******** on November 8th, Ive been trying to get my trip dates changed after paying EXTRA MONEY to have the option of flexible dates added onto my trip. After almost a month of calling back and forth and submitting change requests via the EDreams app, I have only received rejections upon rejections stating that the dates I want are unavailable even though I can clearly see them available on the **************** website." ... "I booked my flight online from *** to ********* (for Nov 14th - Nov 16th, 2024) for an event that was supposed to hold the next week via eDreams plus an additional purchase of flight insurance which they call "Cancel at anytime."
