    This company calls every day with a COVID tax relief scam, despite the fact that I am not a business. I have spoken to them multiple times asking them to stop calling, but that has not worked. I finally had to make a Telephone Consumer Protection Act complaint after once again demanding that a manager remove my contact info.

    ERC Pros has robocalled my business for days/weeks using various area codes and numbers. I have had no resolution in getting this company to stop calling. I am not nor have I ever been interested in their service

    Consider this review a MINUS 10, even though the ** requires that you select at least one star.This company has been calling me constantly and will not stop doing so, no matter how many times I tell them I'm a private person, not a business and please take me off their calling list.They won't answer the call when you dial their listed 877 number.This is not a tax consulting firm, it's a scam. And their calling practices are harassment.

    We have received information that another company is using our name and calling using robo calls. We do not do predictive dialing or robo calls. All of our calls are live agents.
