  I was forced to give a rating. Please know this one-star rating is force, Avolta does not even rate one-star. How sad is that?. This is by far the worst company have I done business with. Many promises, no delivery. Installation incomplete: multiple return trips, missed appointments, two failed inspections thus far. **** from Avolta, I assume the project manager, texted me this morning to tell me the city would be out for inspection between 1:00 to 3:00. Guess who didn't show for the inspection. You got it, Avolta. **** was unreachable. City Inspector informed me this was his second visit; install failed again today. Report is shotty workmanship. Sales **** ************************** is ghosting me; will not return calls or text messages. **************** calls go to voice mail. No return calls. Asked **** for his supervisor's number; shouldn't be surprised I was given a nonworking number. Finally, got correct number for ****, no return of voice message or text.Spoke to an attorney this afternoon, he recommends I speak with the District Atty. for file a complaint. That's on my list of "to dos" tomorrow.I been asked twice for a referral for Solar installation. Have warned those parties to use anyone but Avolta. Will tell everyone I interact with about this scam of a company.

  Really wish I had read reviews about this company before I signed into contract with them. I have had and am still having a lot of the same issues as some of the other reviewers including horrible customer service and delays on everything. It took a little over a year to get everything done & installed so I could have active panels. I am still waiting on the first year incentive I was promised which is beginning to look like isnt going to happen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  We had system over year. Issues. Problems Now pannels not. Working good. Have called. No one return. My calls. Recieve a copy of email from customer service it may be 2-4 weeks before some can come out Unprofessional. I even contacted. Financial. ** who finance. Our. Solar. I looking see if another solar **mpany can help us

  Our experience with the company started in November and in December we decided to go with them. Sales representative, ************************* told us what we could expect done, including up to the last item to be installed was the thermostat that they would send to us. We have had numerous problems with getting things done properly and/or even getting done. There were numerous delays for the installation due to failure when inspected by the city. This was on the panels that initially they were rejected due to improper installation according to the city inspector from the plans. This was finally resolved only to come to another roadblocked which was getting the panels turned on. After numerous called to Avolta, which works with Titan Solar Power, they sent us *************************** to get the panels going. While he was here ******, a Manager, told us that it was their responsibility to installed the thermostat, like **** had said at the beginning when we received it. As of today, the thermostat has not been installed and Dusting will not even call us back. This has gone on for approximately 9 months and we are now being told that it was not something they do. Seems like representatives are not trained properly and even ****** told us several people were being fired. The whole experience with the company was a terrible experience.

  No stars zero. September of ******************************************************************************* inspection not done yet by local ************** **. I contacted the city to try to get an inspection they informed me only the company that did the installation can request an inspection and the city didn't receive a notice yet. when. I called the AVOLTA again they notified the city work completed. I contacted ***************************** at AVOLTA he said I would be reimbursed send him a copy of loan payments. The loan payments are for four months September, October, November, December of 2021 a total of $403.12. ******************** sent the information to finance Department on a few occasions for payment. I haven't received any reimbursement and todays date is 07/13/2022. My loan is with ********************* and they contacted AVOLTA about my issue.

  This company tried to recruit me as an employee, but under a different name. They are now going by Solex Power. Please be weary of them. I could tell something was off so I didn't go to the interview and reported them to Indeed.
