      Mr. *** returned my call today at a time I was very distraught and thought I was having a breakdown. I recently was lost most of my life savings by a Celebrity online romance scheme.When he first called I was about to breakdown. I reported to the *** and they were not very helpful or sympathetic and told me Its not the real person and get over it. They had tons of them. I am going to report to IC3 but I dont have the persons real information but I do have the bitcoin numbers. I am not well and This is very difficult for me.Mr. *** explained the whole process they go through to retrieve your loss, and he did not make me feel small like the ***.After talking to him I felt there was some hope even if it took some time. I am alone with no family nearby and he made me feel hope. If I get sick or fall, right now I have no one or no money to pay anyone to help me. He did give me hope and he hope I can sleep for the first time since this happened????

      Back in April, I downloaded a Bitcoin mining app from the ****** Play Store, trusting it completely since all my previous crypto transactions on apps from the Play Store had been trouble-free. Little did I know, I was about to make a huge mistake. The app turned out to be a scam, and I lost half of my ****************** savings.My initial reaction was sheer rage that the ****** Play Store would allow such scams to flourish on their platform. Frustration followed, knowing that recovering my lost funds was nearly impossible, and anxiety gripped me, fearing that more people would fall victim to this app still operating freely on ******'s platform.Dealing with ****** support was a nightmare. They bounced me from one agent to another, never providing a resolution. Their security measures were laughable. After many agonizing complaints and reports over a month and a half, the scam app was finally removed. But the damage was done, and I had given up hope of ever recovering my losses due to ******'s horrendous business practices.I reported the scam to the ************************ and the ***** cybercrime division, but received no replies or assistance from them either.Desperate, I researched how to recover lost crypto and contacted several cybercrime investigation firms. Two firms declined my case because the amount lost wasn't significant enough for them. I was ready to give up hope entirely.Then, out of the blue, I received a call from *****, a specialist at CDC Intelligence. He told me they would take my case and help recover my lost funds from the scammers, and they would do it pro ****. I was floored. Really?I couldn't be more elated. Knowing that there are still good people willing to help victims of this malicious industry has restored some of my faith in humanity.Thank you, *****, and thank you, CDC Intelligence! You've given me back some hope.*****

      **********************. My case was open for 2 1/2 years and didn't hear from them for months which I had to call to check on my case only to be told I was given a new case worker. My local police station did most of the work for them which I emailed all the info to them for *******. Got the I will check on the case but never really got nothing resolved until I paid another 3 grand to hire a lawyer in ******* for my case. I paid to get a notarized letter to supposly represent me for the case. Too many lies and feel my case was pushed aside.I believe I should be refunded my ******* back
