    I ordered a FFL item on March 3, 2023. Order number DT-******. I've emailed them twice, tried to call countless times and no response. They got my money as soon as I placed the order yet its still not even showing processed or shipped. And obviously it's way out of the shipping time frame as it's been a month now. I understand things happen and stuff is delayed but simply reaching out and letting a customer know would be great!

I have reached out to the customer to obtain a valid *** email as the one provided at checkout (*****************.com) is not a valid email.     If I could leave zero stars thats exactly what Id do. I have called over 10+ times today and that doesnt count the other days Ive called during business hours. **** answer only automated message that sends you to another recording that is also useless and tells you to use the website to email. One message request on my profile was sent 12 days ago. The order (DT-830596) was placed on the 8th of Jan. 2023. Order totaled over $650.00. I have received two email responses stating we are waiting on your FFL dealer to respond and that the quickest way to fix the issue is to have my FFL to send their info to their FFL. Email and verification was sent to their FFL department and still no response after 9 business days have passed (email sent 3-22-2023). I work in law enforcement and are expected to be perfect day in and day out, but this company cant even do the most simple and considerate thing by communicating! I guess I just donated $650 so they could continue to not respond to their customers that bust their back and spend their hard earned money on their products and they cant even respond much less ship a product they have PAID FOR!

    It looks like our *** team reached out for a copy of the *** license on 3/2 but we have yet to receive any information from the customer's ***. I contacted them again just now to request that info again. Once we receive the copy of the *** we will get this info to our *** manager to get the order rushed and shipped asap.     Order was placed on 3/31/2023 for a serialized firearm costing a total of $514.99. Order number Dt-******. Since placing the order and my bank account being charged I havent received any follow up information and I have contacted my FFL (********************) to see if they have been contacted by Delta team tactical to provide the necessary information to complete my order and they did not. I know it hasnt been a full week and Im sure yall are busy but I would just like some professionalism and punctuality seeing as this is a firearm purchase, no customer service department is bad business.

    This online retailer has been good on my previous orders getting out as early as possible. And taking care of other issues I had. Until lately with my last Order [DT-855643] with FFL item on 03/15/2023. Up until now still in process of "?" I understand the shipping time posted on their web site but at least I'd hoped the non-FFL item along with that Order should have been shipped out by now. I sent out multiple e-mails with Request#s-458208, *******, ******, and made phone calls and nothing but automated voice, waited ***** minutes each, just to get an update, but so far had no input or feedback, surprisingly. Also sent necessary document. Hopefully these message straightened things out at their end.

    Been months and they still haven't sent me what I purchased from them. I have messaged them several times asking for my money back and they still won't reply back...I have never had a worse experience with a company in this industry before and I will never to business with them again.

    It looks like our *** team contacted the customer's *** on 2/13 but we have not received a copy of the *** which is required to process this order. I have contacted the customer with this info and reached out to their *** again to request that info so we can get this order going. We are at the mercy of the customer's *** at this point.     I hate to leave a negative review, but at this point it's the only review that can be given. I ordered from the company on 2/4/23 knowing that shipping times can take a long time, up to 17 business days per their website, so I'd need to be patient. I went through all the necessary steps to provide my FFL's information to Delta Team Tactical and also provided their information to my *** to doubly ensure proper steps were followed. After waiting the 17 business day period, I figured it would be worth checking on the status of my order, so I submitted a ticket requesting that information. No answer was given to my ticket or to any of my follow up responses. The phone number provided to check on order status does not get you to a representative. As of today, I'm sitting on 37 business days since submitting my order with no idea what the actual status of my order is. I've dealt with bad customer support, but this is a first time working with a company with zero customer support. Knowing all of that, I can not under good conscience recommend this company to anyone.I did leave 2 stars since they do have an amazing marketing department. I receive quite a number of emails a day with what appears to be amazing deals on parts I'm interested in. To the point where I almost put in another order, which is saying something considering how I currently feel about the company.I sincerely hope that Delta Team Tactical can work through the problems currently plaguing their operations.

    Order placed on 1/16/23 & only the *** portion was sent. The remaining items were never ********** impossible to get someone on the phone. Emails go unanswered or the 2 responses (out of 7) I got were, we need *** information. The items missing are not *** items. Horrible, non-existent customer service.

    *** ordered a serialized lower and the day I ordered. They had my money. Ive tried several times calling, emailing, and even messaging them on ********* Still no updates on my order or order status. I should of already had my products according to their timelines. My FFL even sent his info twice even though he still had them in his system from doing prior transfers for other customers. He still hasnt heard anything. Sad thing is Im disabled and the one thing I enjoy is becoming not so much fun. Especially saving money on such a tight budget and I cant even get my products or a refund. Was really looking forward to doing more business with them and investing with a partner to order a lot of their products. But the way its looking well be going else where unless something magical happens
