Ordered 2/5 and they charged me 2/7 on credit card. Today is 3/9 and nothing shipped and no contact with them. Can not reach customer service by phone or email. About ready to contact my credit card company to report fraud.

Up to this point I have been happy with my experience with DDT despite some longer wait times on shipping. Now with alot of reviews with the customer service complaints I now completely understand the frustration. I have an order made on 2/3/2023 with 2 P80 serialized pistol lowers and still havent received an email update yet. My FFL dealer has sent them their info many times now to no change in shipping status. My emails have been ignored and calling them does NOT work, nobody ever answers the phone no matter which department! I want to keep liking these guys because they have a decent selection and ok sales but I think I'm done!DeltaTeamTactical.com

THANK YOU, ****, for addressing my questions about a perceived delivery delay, that was ordered before a subsequent order (the second order arrived quickly, when there wasnt yet even a tracking number on the first). Inquired about my order to see how far out they was on shipping orders and customer service replied to me in a timely matter and answered all my questions. Delta Team Tactical is a awesome place to order parts if youre into building your own custom gun or just getting ones already built. Terrible customer service. Products will take months to arrive even though they say it only takes a few days. It takes them 3-4 weeks to reply back to an email if youre lucky. I do not recommend them at all unless youre in no hurry for your order. Expect at least 2 months for your product to arrive.DeltaTeamTactical.com

still have not received my order placed in the beginning of the month. Bad shipping is an understatement, some get it in two weeks some get it in a month and some have to write a bbb complaint, youd have a better chance getting the package from a gunsmith in ******DeltaTeamTactical.com
