    They took my Money and never gave it back!!! Dont trust this business!!!!!! I signed up for a diver certification class and they said they would send me an email to complete registration and then my CC would be charged by then it was charged before I had even gotten the email. For unrelated reasons I had to drop from the class a few weeks before it started. I called and they said they would refund. They never did I have now called back 6 times and each time getting some sob story about supply chain problems . It is now over 3 months and they still wont refund my money but they sound really friendly when I call. Other than filing a police report I dont know what to do. It is $500 that I have been paying CC interest on.

    We have been in business for nearly 12 years and have certified thousands of divers who are very happy. We did not say that we would send an email to complete registration before charging the card because that is not how our business works. We must purchase the education codes from our vendor so we take payment first then purchase and send the elearning codes. That was done done immediately after the purchase. The difficulty comes in reclaiming sent codes so we can issue refunds. We followed up with our vendor but it is not a simple process. We have also had a very busy travel season this summer and fall and it did unfortunately fall through the cracks here over this last month or so. The refund has been issued for the full amount even though our return policy as posted on the receipt and in our store states that there is a 25% restocking fee when we order something for a specific person as there is no guarantee of being able to resell the item again and in this case there is no guarantee of being able to reclaim the elearning code. We apologize that the customer was understandably frustrated, we pride ourselves on our relationship with customers since we are a very relationship driven business.
