      Im writing to express my deepest disappointment and frustration regarding the refusal of IPL treatment by ******, the director, in ***** location based on my skin tone (but in reality due to my accent and name). She insisted just because I have Middle Eastern background (I am half European), Im not qualified for IPL treatment. However, after talking to her, I discovered that she had a darker skin tone than mine. According to her, she had an Italian background and had undergone IPL treatment herself. This inconsistency raises concern about discriminatory practices within Skin Science Institute. Best Regards,******** *********

Instead, it was based on your *********** skin type, which is classified as *********** 4 per your laser consultation form that we have on file for ****** a student spa, our services are performed by master esthetician students in training. While they are skilled and knowledgeable, they have minimal experience in performing laser treatments. We take the safety of our clients very seriously, especially when it comes to laser treatments. *********** 4 skin types can be more prone to complications, and we believe it is in your best interest to receive these types of treatments at facilities where highly experienced laser technicians are available. This approach helps ensure your safety and minimizes the risk of any potential damage to your skin.We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future with other services that align with your needs.
