    We have been taking our pets here for a little while, not long but were happy with the service until today. Long story short we had an appointment for our fur kid who unfortunately passed away before we could get her in. They charge a 50 dollar fee for appointments so we figured no big deal, they will apply it to future visits as their website states. Well a few months later we have adopted a new fur child and took them in for a baseline check up, when we asked about the credit the office manager essentially screamed at my wife and I in the lobby of their clinic in full sight of other customers that we would have to produce proof of our pets passing before SHE would even consider upholding the policy they set in place. Talk about a lack of compassion, whomever put her in charge *** want to rethink everything they know about running a business. Suffice it to say we wont be back and would advise others considering them to ***be look elsewhere. There are a lot of good vets in **** and their vets are no exception, they are excellent but it only takes one bad actor to ruin an otherwise good reputation.
