The app doesn't have the option to cancel your subscription, only to delete your account, and it says you can only delete your account if you canceled your subscription. The website has a can't load the web page error. I wish to cancel, but I can't.

Poor business practices.Living Scriptures *** If I could add a minus star, I would. Content is ok, but business is terrible. No decent customer service. They make it nearly impossible to cancel membership. I've been dealing with them for two weeks and no progress. The only response I got so far is if they finally do cancel, they're gonna charge $30 just to cancel. my ****** was right when he said " just because you're dealing with a so called *********************** doesn't mean you can trust them to be reasonable."tried on numerous ************ cancel this subscription / membership. There was no mention of a long term commitment either. They won't cancel by phone or email, they direct you to the site which also shows no cancellation option.Very **************** less

Customers have no option to cancel . Streaming platform is a contract they say its a verbal agreement which is not true. I have asked , and emailed, and logged into account to cancel since April and customer service has ignored my request they have bank info and continue to try and recoup a payment when asked again second time to cancel they said there is a cancellation charge and must be paid by phone I lost faith and trust with this Christian platform this is wrong and evil to demand a forceful service upon anyone! I was threaten to be sent to collections and not once told account would be cancelled only hung up on because she wasnt hearing what I was requesting. This company should be ashamed of their service using a faith based front but treating customers in a devilish way. All I want is to cancel why is it this hard why is a company performing in such a demising manner.!

****** originally signed up for our month-to-month service February 12. On February 26, after the customer's free trial was over, a representative called ****** and let her know that there was another plan that would save her money, but that to receive the discount she would need to commit to the service for 36 months. We did review the call and the representative let her know that if she decided to cancel before the end of the commitment period that she would need to pay a $30 cancellation fee and asked ****** if she agreed. ****** agreed to move forward to receive a discounted rate and provided her street address. We have let the customer know several times that her account would require the $30 cancellation fee, but the customer stated they did not have the funds. We offered to place the account on a 30 day hold free of charge, as she had just gotten off a two month pause. Customer declined and said we would bill her again after the break ended. We are happy to work with the customer and would be able to split the fee into two payments if that is helpful.

Living Scriptures is a horrible and I feel deceptive company. They make the poor employees answering the phone have to relate that they refuse to refund money that I viewed stemmed from problems that arose from Tec Issues on their end. The manager refused to come to the phone, they side-step giving any valuable information that can identify whom to speak with and where to send legal correspondence for disputes. If you have time to sit for hours problem- solving their issues with them prepare for that time lost Imagine dealing with a company that treats the people shelling them out money in such a shady way. Beware of automatic payments with them and signing contracts would be a likely disaster! I paid and couldn't even get into account to watch movies! They refuse any recourse!.

I canceled Living Scriptures streaming subscription, and received a phone call from them asking for a review of the services and why I had canceled. Then they offered a me a 30 month deal and asked me if that would help me out and I said sure, but I didn't have any intention of starting the subscription back up. But they started it back up themselves from the conversation, without telling me they were reinstating the subscription. When I received the charge on my credit card I called they and asked about it they said I had signed up per telephone call and I could listen to the telephone call myself. I told them I didn't know they had signed me up from the call, and I had not agreed and wanted to cancel. They are telling me that I cannot cancel because I have a 3 year commitment. I don't remember ever being told about a 3 year commitment. They said I have 30 months to go until I can cancel or I can pay a $30.00 cancelation fee. I find this ridiculous. It is a streaming service. I didn't buy anything that I am paying off. I never agreed to this, I never signed any agreement with them. I would like my subscription cancelled without having to pay any more money to this company. I also think this is a shady way to do business. I see I'm not the only person that they have tricked into this subscription then charge $30.00 to cancel the subscription. Buyers beware of this company, they have a scam going on to take your money. It's a shame to act like a ***************** but they are a wolf in sheep clothes to steal your money. I sure *********************** did not teach to steal.
