I hired Two Men and a Truck weeks before our July 2022 moving date and yet they called the night before our move needing to change our move date the day before moving.... Needless to say, that was a nightmare. Two Men and a Truck showed up with less men than agreed to. We bought their insurance for any damages they would cause. Wow that was a waste!! They did break items: brand new digital pinball machine, a treadmill, and a high end dining room chair. We did follow their rules to get items fixed/compensated. What a joke. After weeks of trying to get someone to help us and sending them endless pics they kept saying they didn't get, they said a repair company called Surface Pro would take care of us. They finally sent (3 months later) someone from Surface Pro's to repair our broken items. The owner of Surface Pros initially went to our old house(?!) and then showed up that evening at our new home... He said none of the item could be repaired. Now its November and I have never heard from 2 Men and a Truck OR Surface Pros. Possibly the most unprofessional experiences ever. Do not use either company!!

Horrible company! We hired Two men and a Truck to move our appliances to our new home. After my husband talked to **** and she reassured him that this company was well trained and would wrap our appliances so no scratches would happen and they would make sure they would remove the doors from our fridge to fit through the front door and everything would be wrapped and packaged. They would even lay down protection on the wood floors. The Saturday they were scheduled they called and said the time would be moved from 8 am to 12 pm, we were fine with that. Then they called and said they were having issues with the moving truck and would call as soon as they had it fixed and it would be 3 guys instead of the two. We waited around all afternoon no phone call our calls were not returned. All day Saturday waiting and wasted. Monday morning my husband calls and they say we are on the schedule sometime that day and we had to reschedule for Thursday since Monday did not work and for in the inconvenience we would get a discount. Thursday comes around the time they should be there 11 am and no show then a phone call they were running late. Finally show up around 1 pm, these guys come in to see what appliances that needed to be moved. They did not wrap and no protection on the floors, they were lazy complained of everything. Basically just shoved our appliances through the front door causing damage to front door and frame and scratches to all of our appliances. Our fridge door is broken because they did not wrap it and kept swinging open during the time they were hauling it out. Damage to my walls in my new home and front door. But the most damage was to my front door at my house that we are trying to sell and my fridge that has broken door. The manager ****** has all the pictures of damage and told us his company would make it right so far nothing other then some repair guy that has never called us and maybe $200 to the fridge. This company does not care how they treat your stuff

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Used Two Men and a Truck to move out of state. They performed a virtual walkthrough to make sure the truck was sized correctly. I trusted them to get all of my stuff to a different state. The truck was no where near the right size. Ended up being forced to leave behind thousands of dollars in furniture. This wasn't a small oversight. We are talking full outdoor dining set($1200), chairs($500), BBQ smoker($700), large desk($1000), dressers etc all left behind. All of which were itemized and reviewed in the walk through. And at the end of the day they don't care. Uncommunicative, uncaring, absolutely take no responsibility. I would happily pay twice as much to not have to deal with this company again. The actual people who did the moving were great. This is purely a management and sales problem.
