    They never sent a big enough truck, so we had to make several trips ourself moving the things they should have been moving, and that we paid for. When they got to the new place which was a new house they brought a desk in the front door and took a huge chunk out of the new front door. After they left and we saw that, we called them to tell them and they said they didn't do it. In moving the desk we found part of the front door on one of the sides of the desk legs, so we sent photos to them, but never heard from them. I tried calling them and they took my first two or three calls and said they would check on it, then after that when I called they hung up on me, I tried to call them back and they wouldn't answer my call. I have probably tried to call them 30 to 40 times and they have never returned my call even though I have left messages. There were several dents made on the trim around the door also. Moving the desk into the office there was a chunk taken out of the wall, and found several other things around the house. My stainless steel fridge has several new scratches on it. I went to their address because they wouldn't return my call, but during business hours the office was locked. I am very disappointed in the lack of service or response and the fact that I have to pay to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend them to anyone. Clearly this review is one out of many that have been given so far on this company's poor lack of service and response to their customers. It's clear they are aware of what a bad job they have done for so many but continue to keep their head in the sand to avoid any responsibility. The price to replace the doors damage is $1,625 and they have refused to acknowledge any of it.
