Should be a "0" review Waste of gas to go to this RV sales location in ******. We drove 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday to look at 1 specific trailer. As we were getting out of the car someone came out and said they were closed. Online closing time says 7 pm MST and we arrived at 6:10 pm MST. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted to look at they wouldn't help me at all. As I was driving away they were clearly not closed as several other people were still touring the trailers. ******** customer service. Would not recommend wasting the gas.The owner flat out lied saying the entire staff had left for the day and the website said they closed at 6 pm on Saturday. The response i recieved was the exact horrible customer service I was talking about. For an owner I'd think you'd try to apologize for the inconvenience rather than assuming people are dumb and don't look at websites.Since you think I'm dumb and can't read hours online. ****** says you close at 7pm and they verified these hours 3 weeks ago. If you changed your hours so long ago maybe you should stop verifying the wrong hours to them. I also looked at the website hours that say your "sales" hours close at 7 pm on Saturday. To say everyone has left for the day besides the cleaning crew was a flat out lie. We could physically see a ton of people.Review fromCarol S

We purchased a $100,000.00 class C 32 ft Motorhome at the ** show last fall on the first day. We were told by the gentleman who took our check that it would be closed and a sold sign on it. DIDN'T HAPPEN, many people were allowed in it for the 4 days at the show. We had a torn cushion on the dinette. Rips in the linoleum floor, a broken piece of molding and a dented fridge door. Along with many other issues we've only been able to use it 4 times because its always in the shop. The Generator was bad, the inverter/ converted is not working correctly ( no power going to either from the generator). We've been stuck in ******* with slides out because of no power. We're done with Paris ** and are getting help from Gulfstream, unlike Paris ** Gulfstream wants to make it all right. ****************** at ******** don't know S*** about how to fix any of these major problems. Steer clear of this company, they will sell you a lemon and lie to you about your Supposedly New trailer/ Motorhome.Review fromGreg L

I feel compelled to share my regrettable experience with Parris RV. While they offered a great purchase price, the post-purchase service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've had my RV for 15 months, and in that time, it has spent approximately three months at their service center. This has caused significant inconvenience for me as I live full time in my RV. Scheduling appointments is a painfully drawn-out process - my last appointment took 3 months to secure, and I've spent countless hours following up on the service status.Customer service, which should be the heartbeat of any organization, appears to be of little importance to the Parris RV team. The staff has displayed a consistent lack of courtesy and respect. The service manager, in particular, seems uninterested and unresponsive to customer concerns. The technical staff's incompetence has been the most disheartening aspect of this experience. Especially when you consider that their labor rates are a hefty $195 per hour. Regrettably, I've found myself having to redo just about everything they've touched. Notably, they've wired my heating system backwards, not once, but twice, and refused to rectify their mistakes. In summary, if you're merely seeking a good deal on an RV purchase, Parris RV might serve you well. However, I strongly urge you to plan on getting your RV serviced elsewhere, or be prepared for a potentially frustrating, costly, and time-consuming ordeal. For those of you who may doubt my account, I encourage you to inquire about their service lead times before you make your purchase. You might be surprised, and not in a pleasant way. Let my experience be a cautionary tale to any potential Parris RV customers.Review fromRochelle D

We took our toy hauler to Parris last year to be serviced. They had it for over a month and we missed out on 2 camping trips. They excuses were that their staff were sick. We had a slide out motor replaced. It was used once since the repair. When prepping for our next trip, the same motor was broken. We had another company come out, who took a picture of the said replaced motor and it appeared old and rusted and not replaced by a new motor. We sent the picture of the said replaced motor to Parris RV and they are willing to give ** a discount on another new motor and stated they did replace it and there must be a leak. We had the entire RV serviced, so if there was a leak, they didnt do their job. I will never purchase an RV from them or have my trailer serviced by them again. They are horrible.Review fromJohn D

Bought a NEW 2019 ROCKWOOD 2104. Great sales staff up in Murray, beside pressured into buying a 5 year “BUMPER TO BUMBER” warranty ($1600). Brought it in to Parris in their new facility in March. Did a walk thru and they noted 13 items that need to be fixed. 2 weeks later they actually CHARGED me to diagnose each item. They came back and said “only one item is covered!!!!!! Charge me $120 plus $100 deductible to hook up my hot water line under the kitchen sink. Sad to say but I will never step foot in Parris RV again!Review fromDon and Connie R

We ordered a new 2022 Gulfstream BTCrusier from Parris RV on 3/2/22 with a promise that it would deliver the first of April. It delivers May 15 and we accepted their excuse due to supply chain complications. However when it delivered it had the recliner package and we had ordered the dinette option. They began a series of lies and dishonest statements at that point that never quit. The dinette was to be replaced in 3-4 weeks. It was replaced the first part of Sept. We returned to Parris about May 18th due to a non operational backup camera and missing hub cap. About June 1st we had a heated discussion with ***** the ** regarding the following items, oil leak from the generator, cupboards missing struts, washer fluid non operational, cracking in the cabinets above the master bed, cracks in cabinet above the closet and sitting area, blinds non operational and another blind feel off, shower pan separating, fridge handle non operable, door latch non operable above furnace, awning fabric tear, CO2 detector malfunction, water heater continues to heat when switch is in off position, rear camera still non operational, trim above closet needs replacement, hub cap has not been replaced. ***** said everything will be fixed with a few days except some replacement parts from the factory will require 2 weeks. July 12th we had another heated discussion with ***** and the service manager and both apologizing for their lack of follow through and promise to get everything taken care of immediately. The first part of Sept. the items were finally completed, except the slide out broke and wasn't replaced until Sept. 30th. The rv spent more time in the shop than we we were able to use during this last summer. It has been a terrible experience. We will never do business with Parris again.Review fromCami S

I am completely disappointed about the customer service that I have received at **********************. I bought a Class C ** and was told at the time that the side mirror was broken, but not to worry, the parts had already been ordered. I took the ** home and discovered that the automatic leveling system did not work. I took it in the next day and it was verified by several service members that it was a faulty system and they would order the a new system. I was told that they would call when the parts arrived. After a month of not hearing anything, I called and was told that there was no record of any of this occurring and no parts had been ordered. I was also told that I needed to bring the ** back in. When I took the ** back in, I was told that I would need to pay to have it looked at and to look at several other concerns that had occurred during my first camping trip in it. Customer service and the service department were not helpful, friendly or knowledgeable. They seemed annoyed to need to help me and had very poor communication. I keep getting the run around, being told that I should have talked to staff at the one desk and not the other and that is why the parts werent ordered. As a consumer and after spending over $90,000 on the **, I should have been treated much better. I have several other concerns and delays in getting my ** repairs, but I am out of room here. I would highly suggest not buying from Parris RV
