    Called inquiring about cost for installation of a gazebo on existing cement slab. Quoted {estimated} $2040 for two men and three days. Cancelled first scheduled workday {behind on another job}. Cancelled second scheduled workday due to weather. Showed up finally on Monday. Asked for ETA with a reply of around 10:00 a.m. They showed up at 10:50. The two men who showed up got right to work. They were very efficient. They finished the job in approximately 5 hours. Texted **** {boss?} to ask for a price adjustment because they finished in half a day as opposed to the quoted {estimated} 3 days. He would not adjust the price at all. Talked to one of the workers and he made the executive decision to reduce the price by 10%. Really liked the workers that were sent. I would give them 5 stars. To **** {the boss} and his inability to be reasonable about the cost, I give him a zero. Cost three times as much to get the gazebo installed as it cost to buy it.

    Actually, madam.That is not the case at all. I was taking the time to ask my workers if they were willing to take a reduction in price. I do not pay my workers hourly.I pay them by the job and they share in the money . I was.****** waiting to ask my guys if they were willing to do a discount and they were willing to do ten percent. If a mechanic is supposed to do a job in three hours and gets it done in two he still gets paid the same.
