  Like others, I would give 0 stars. On top of intentional slow work, over charging, lying to customers, doing a terrible job, damaging property, etc. THE OWNERS ARE BULLIES. They show up at your home uninvited, threaten calling cops, fain innocence when they are trying to scam you, & get angry at you for "screening their calls". I'm just going to focus on billing: My elderly father, who selected this company save money, didn't question the invoice when he paid on day 1. They charged $2800. They worked 9 hours, charge an $85 truck fee, & $180/hr for the 3 movers. 9 hours x $180/hr + $85 truck fee = $1705 NOT $2800. We haggled for 40min and their math NEVER added up. They didn't include our $75 deposit, dramatically overcharged, NEVER mentioned "material fees" & failed to say anything about the 4% CC fee they add. I pushed back enough so they didn't charge us for the 3rd day (why did it take 3days!!!). But we did pay $3803 dollars via CC. We saved NOTHING financially & paid a HUGE amount in personal stress, damaged furnishings, and time. When Tru's own CC service company reversed the charges they thought were fraudulent, my father & I took the opportunity to push back hard on the amount charged debating with them over invoices/hours/charges for about a week. We said we'd pay by cashier's check to avoid the CC charges but they said they wouldn't accept a check. Tru wanted payment via Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo. I said I'd do Zelle for $3400. However my bank warned me NOT to pay them this way. So we got a cashier's check and sent via registered mailed to the address on their invoice. They were livid at us for doing that b/c It wasn't a real address! It took 10days to wait to cancel the cashiers check. When my father got a second check he handed it personally to Taylor in front of his banker as a witness. But that whole time Tru were relentless about emailing, texting, and calling many times a day demanding payment. They should not be allowed to operate as a business.

  ZERO stars!!! The owner THREATENED me on the phone when all I asked was how much longer it was going to take. I was worried about money and you pay by the hour. I thought I saw good reviews when I booked it but when they were an hour late and had a homeless guy show up on a scooter to help them, I looked them up again and found all the 0-1 star reviews. RUN AWAY PEOPLE RUN AWAY! So many things were broken, there was no hustle, nothing but misery. It took 3 hours for them just to get the boxes to the truck. Didn’t even get the furniture out yet. Had to go unload the truck to make room. That’s when I asked how much longer cause I couldn’t afford to go much more. I had to speak with the main boss who THREATENED me that he would call the cops on me, have me evicted, repossess all my belongings, and so much more. I never said I wouldn’t pay, just that I couldn’t keep going at this rate. I said, “all I did was ask a question and you’re threatening me?” He says “H*** YA IM THREATENING YOU!!! I told him to call the cops then and he hung up. When I told the crew the cops were coming, the homeless guy ran. The crew then informed me that since it was 6pm that they are supposed to just leave now…WHAT????? This guy told me he could have the whole job done in 2 hours no problem, now it’s been 4 and it’s not done and they are leaving??? I got charged DOUBLE what I was quoted. I wish the cops had come. This company needs to be shut down. I was a young girl that got easily sold with his prices and his salesmanship. Don’t make my mistake.

  The owners of this companies are nothing but scam artists that belong in jail.. if Authority doesn't get them I'm sure Karma will.. if you are a worker do not waste your time working for these guys they will not pay you.. if you're a customer looking for Movers look anywhere else but here... they will rip you off charge you more than double of anyone else in the industry and just know they don't pay their workers and they overcharge their customers they don't care about anything except for money...

  NOT HONEST, NOT RELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, RECEPTIONIST IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL , I called to get movers they quoted me one rate over the phone I gave them a deposit, they sent a contract to sign with a totally different higher rate so I cancelled the same day. They sent the deposit through and I've been trying to get it refunded for two weeks. Their address is bogus I tried to find their office I went to that address and could not locate their office, I inquired at several other busy in the same building no one knew of them. The woman that takes their calls was very disrespectful when I spoke with her about my deposit being refunded, then she lied and said I cancelled when the movers were in route. I move next week. So unless they are traveling from another country. That's literally impossible for them to be in route. I would not trust, refer or recommend this company. They were very shady and dishonest. I still have not received my deposit.
