    I ordered a gaming laptop from Xidax in April of 2024 for around two thousand dollars. I received the product a few weeks later. I had some issues with set up but tech support was able to help me figure it out. for the next few months it worked great. Around July 2024 it started crashing on my games seemingly randomly. I tried my best to figure out the problem and solution on my own, but eventually in September, having no luck, I reached out to Xidax for help. After 5 remote repair attempts and trying to find the solution over the next two months with them. I finally gave up and sent it back for repairs. I wasn't sure if i was suppose to or not, but i included the power cord that came with it in sending it back. I paid shipping, but repairs were covered under warranty. a few weeks later i got the laptop back. This time though it wouldn't launch any programs. After reaching the home screen, it would blue screen crash out after 4 seconds. I also did not receive the power cord back. But the repairs made the computer unusable. I sent it back for repairs again, this time assured that they would figure out the real problem and solve it correctly. Xidax paid for shipping and warranty covered repairs. A few weeks later, Dec 2024, I got the laptop back and was not able to even reach the sign in lock screen. I would power the laptop and the second screen it reached would just black screen and crash. I called tech support who offered to simply rebuild the laptop brand new and send me a new one. I demanded compensation for the multiple failures. Xidax offered to include a free mouse with the rebuild. I accepted. I just got the new computer earlier this week, the laptop finally seems to work well so far, however, the power cord was two separate pieces where the wall plug piece did not connect to the adapter. so i received mismatch power cord pieces. And the mouse was not included. They are sending me a new cord and mouse. But my experience has been terrible.

    I originally filed a complaint with the BBB because my $2400.00 gaming pc came without any of the Xidax gaming shield software that we paid for and was charged for only for Xidax to respond and tell us to email them so that they could rectify this issue only for Xidax to never respond to the email and ignore us since May of 2024 when the complaint was filed. Myself and my son Have tried ************** of the last several months to contact Xidax over the issue and they have given us the run around and essentially refused to rectify their mistake meaning they knowingly committed fraud by charging us for a service that they never provided and continue to refuse to provide. Their **************** is atrocious one of the time we called their customer service in an attempt to get to the bottom of this issue we were told that they couldn't help us because our warranty was null and void and when we asked how and why our warranty was null and void we were told it was because of our BBB complaint. So on top of Xidax defrauding me by charging for a service they never provided they were ***** enough to void the lifetime warranty on my pc in retaliation for my BBB complaint.

    Defective ASUS motherboards, which are currently involved in multiple Class Action Lawsuits are used to scam people who buy ALL prebuilt computers from this sham of a company. This is a total ripoff, and I am sorry to those I've been telling as a sponsor for years, that this was a good company.

    I bought my computer in February and it failed had a blank screen and Fans ran on high. Plus it came to me damaged the mother board. Got it back 2 months later and it did ok for about a month and a half and now it's doing the same thing after a few minutes it goes to a blank screen and all the fans go on full blast. I spent 5800 on this pc of junk. I fell that the guy I talked to was kinda a bit not nice to me . Plus they made me pay for the shipping of this computer that hasn't worked from when I got it. Do not buy from these people as they sell junk systems. I'm really upset this could have been a real good computer and I just don't think I can trust this company ever again.

    Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond without being pushy.**** answered all of my questions quickly and built me the pc I wanted not the one a salesman wanted to sell me.
