- Advertising Review:
On July 19, 2022, BBB requested that Second Sun Solar substantiate, modify, or discontinue advertising their “Lowest Prices” claims and “Superiority Claims” made on the following links:

The BBB Code of Advertising states that, “despite an advertiser's best efforts to ascertain competitive prices, the rapidity with which prices fluctuate and the difficulty of determining prices of all sellers at all times preclude an absolute knowledge of the truth of unqualified underselling/lowest price claims.”
The BBB Code of Advertising also states that, “deceptively or falsely disparaging advertising of a competitor’s products or services must not be used. Comparisons should fairly reflect all aspects of the products or services equally.”
Although the business was responsive to our requests at first, as of September 8, 2022, the business hasn’t fulfilled our requests to substantiate the claims mentioned above.
