DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Things started well, but went south when the equipment didn't work. Panels and inverter were installed over two months ago (initial contracts were signed in December of 23), but we haven't been able to reliably use them. We had to call the city building ***** in order to get the ball rolling. It took over a month to get the power switched over after the inverter install, but the inverter was not setup properly. We were then told that it's faulty and needs replaced. There is usage data in the monitoring app for the inverter from a year ago that makes us suspect that it's used (might be why it doesn't work). The power in the house started to cycle between ***** times each morning for three days. It also cycled once every night. This has caused an issue with my freezer. It's been two weeks with no return contact from the company or the installer. We also paid for batteries, but they have not been installed and as far as we know they haven't even been ordered (they tell us they're back ordered, but provide no details). Payments start tomorrow, but I don't have a working system much less everything I ordered. A complaint with the finance company was filed and we called county AGs office. ** has advised filing a police report. Going to the state consumer protection division next.

This company is full.of open promises! We Always have an error on our unit and they never come fix it. We were told they would be bavk to fix our roof the jacked up. Still nothing! We have referred people in the beginning and never got the payment they promised. It a waste of time calling them. You get more open promises. If you use them! BEWARE!

I wouldnt recommend this company to my biggest enemy. They are quick to sign you up. Get everything scheduled. Then the kid comes out to your property to inspect where everything will be installed. Then you get told what he said isnt where things can be installed! Then the engineer says another thing. Make your rearrange things for where they want things. Then they will start your install. Put the brackets up and panels thats it. From the time they put the panels on the roof it is 60 days and your automatic withdrawal starts coming out of your account to pay for solar. In our case $168 per month. Our previous bill was $111 per month for rocky ******** power. The salesman said everything would be up and running and we would save for 60 days before we paid anything out. WRONG!!!! I have paid 6 months of payments before my system was fully installed! All equipment was installed. About 5 months after they started. Then the inspector came. Said it passed but they still needed to come back and strap up wires. Well the inspector didnt know much! The kid came after a couple weeks to tie the wires up. Turns out our top panels werent even connected. We had two connectors installed backwards. So all the power we were supposed to be feeing the grid and getting paid for actually was charging us more. So our Rocky ******** has gone up to $115 per month and we pay the $168 for solar on top of that. The sales man said the rebate we would get back on our taxes would be like $17k. Turns out we got nothing. We have to roll it over and see if we can next year! Just last week another guy came by. Since the owner ******* wont answer texts or calls. He just sends a guy out any time they want. This one actually finished hooking up the panels on the roof. Explained a couple things on the app. However the next day another guy came by and said the day before was their head electrician and he screwed up a setting. Then we went without power for update! Help I am stuck and havent saved!
