    I purchased 2/ 2 gallon gen 2 gas cans with the mounting brackets on March 30th, and I paid for expedited shipping. Which should have been delivered yesterday April 3rd. I have been checking the tracking number and as of April 4th, it's saying that my shipment is still in **************** ****. I reached out to Rotopax email and phone number. Email says that it was shipped on April 1, **** your contact when you call the phone number, will never call back. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY THESE ITEMS, PLEASE DON'T BUY THEM FROM THE ROTOPAX WEBSITE, BUY THEM FROM AMAZON, YOU WILL GET THEM THE NEXT DAY. $40.00 for expedited shipping from Rotopax, and my shipment has not left the warehouse after 4 days. I want my money back.

    This company charge state sales tax on ************* charges when they are not required to do so for ********** shipments, then get upset and cancel orders when customers point out their error and ask for a correction. Why are they upset with consumers for trying to keep a few extra pennies in their pockets? They have had multiple legal problems with ********** in 2019 and 2022, resulting in $4,800 and $19,745 fines by CARB.
