    Maxfield is the worst property management Ive ever had to deal with. They are terrible about communicating and if you have any problems good luck getting it taken care of without them trying to blame you for the issue. If you review them badly they retaliate. ******************* will not treat anyone with respect either.

    We've received your feedback, and we want to address your concerns honestly and directly.

    It's important to clarify that your tenancy with Maxfield Property Management ended more than a year ago, and during your stay, there were several issues that need to be addressed as we took the property over from the previous mangement company. We understand that you had concerns about communication and maintenance processes. While we continuously work to improve these aspects, it's essential to note that tenants are also expected to adhere to property rules and maintenance instructions and report items in a timely fashion.

    While we would like to authorize every repair, those decisions are left to the individual owners.  Normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the Owner and where those repairs are the result of negligence or caused by the Tenant(s) misuse those repairs are charged back to Tenant.

    We understand that your experience with Maxfield Property Management may not have met your expectations. If you wish to provide more details or discuss your concerns further, please feel free to contact our office directly.

    Whatever you do, do not do business with this company. You will be misled constantly, communication is minimal to none, and customer service is detrimental. They will go to great lengths to retaliate against you for leaving negative reviews- thats first hand experience. Luckily, I am unphased by this behavior but its quite shocking how they are still in business.

    *********************** is under a mutual release and bound by a settlement agreement in which confidentiality has been violated with this review. This agreement was entered into 03/06/2021 and we cannot comment more except that *************** and her roommates admitted to damages in a property we managed. Perhaps **************** has forgotten that as well as the agreement she signed.
