Refund and Exchange Policy
If for ANY REASON, you don’t love your CreateRoom furniture or accessories, we offer a refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receipt.  The furniture cannot be returned if it has been assembled OR if it is not shipped back in the original packaging.  Just give us a call and we can arrange for your furniture or accessories to be returned to our warehouse.  (A 10% restocking fee will be applied.)  For cancellations before your furniture ships you have 72hrs to cancel for a full refund otherwise you will pay up to a $50 processing fee.
