      This company is absolutely infuriating to work with. We bought a home that has a bed already installed by them. I relentlessly called in order to try to order a set of sheets from them because it cannot be done online and despite promise after promise my call was never returned. My husband also tried to call and got the same sort of customer service; which is absolutely nothing. Now Im contacting them again to have the fabric on the headboard and the frame replaced and despite the woman I spoke with telling me she would mark my call as urgent it has now been four days and no one has returned my call. I would highly recommend against using them in any way shape or form. There are too many incredible businesses out there that would do anything to have you as their customer.

      I purchased a bed from them in August of 2022. I called and emailed over 50x and they strung me alone. Lets just said its February of 2024 and I still dont have a bed. Not to mention the bed was 16k paid in full.

      I was so excited that I found MAREE, because I had been looking for a bigger bed for my family for a long time. Other companies had a very long wait time or they didn't have high quality products. I wanted something that was very durable and with a lot of options for my family. The bed arrived and it exceeded my expectations. I can not begin to express my gratitude with their customer service and their patience as I asked a lot of questions and they sent me numerous samples to help me decide on the fabric. I would highly recommend their products and I would order again in the future.

      We ordered a bed last February, it took over 6 mos to be delivered. We also ordered ivory bed sheets/linens/comforter - they sent us the wrong color (white) and refused to send us the correct color claiming they are still in production even after 6 mos!Weve requested a refund and they have not acknowledged nor given us a refund for the sheets. 0/10 customer service 8/10 actual bed frame and comforter.
