    ***** came to show us a hyla purifier we would get free with a demo. He was nice but pushy. 2.5 hrs later I'm creating a loan for this vacuum because his demo was impressive. It was overkill for my tiny home. It took 2 mths to get shampooer parts/still haven't received essential oils. Almost 2 yrs we haven't been able to use our small diffuser that he "gave" us due to only their essential oils are allowed in the small machine. Texted ***** the ********** the company many times, always get a run around. We signed a loan for ** to not be able to use the small diffuser. Yesterday we caught a hard credit inquiry on me/husbands credit accounts from UNITED CONSU (Finance). We haven't signed up for any new loans through them since two years ago for the Hyla system. We froze our Transunion/Equifax as soon as we noticed & about 1hr later I received a call from united consumer financial to confirm loan details. I found out the company was trying to sign a loan using our information with invalid email addresses. The associate i spoke with immediately red flagged the loan after confirming it invalid. The *** gave me the companies phone ********** called that night left a voicemail next AM called again left another voicemail. received a text 2 min after leaving voice mail stating "I just received your message and do apologize for any inconvenience there was some mistake made but there is no loan in your name, nor will there be at all. **** this is incorrect I do have a loan through them. I cant trust what he says. I sent text back stating "Do you guys know how you got our information this far into the process that a hard inquiry got on our credit report?" ** sent text back "The inquiry will be removed. We did business with you before. We acquired *************** and there was another customer with a close name to your guys but it is being taken care of. sorry for the inconvenience." I believe they miss use customer info or at least not keeping it confidential per law.

    This guy uses a scam to get in the door. Had a drawing at a senior expo, called said I won something could he bring it over, did demo for air purifier, was actually a very high tech vacuum With a gazillion attachments 2.5 hrs later Im suckered into buying as his demo was quite impressive but its way overkill for my cleaning needs. Told me 30 days for return. Tried it as a air purifier, after 2 weeks it didnt seem to be doing anything and realized Id never use it as a vacuum. called him to return and was told too bad, return is 3 days not 30. Also the prize I won was either a desk top air purifier or a voucher to a 2 nt 3 day weekend trip I chose that. Called the company, they do not honor the vouchers. he is preying on the elderly in a small retirement town. I even asked if he would try and resale it for me, ignored me. He is a scam artist and I got scammed. Unfortunately the product seems like it would be good to have if you had a large family and pets. But its just me so I have no need for it. 3k for it to sit in the box brand new .

    *** is a nice guy but very very pushy. He came to show us an air purifier, but his presentation took 2 1/2 hours, and he concentrated on showing us a vacuum cleaner. He was supposed to bring me a small air purifier as a gift, but it's been 2 months, and he has not sent the air purifier. It's a scam! All he wants is to sell his vacuum cleaner. SCAM!

    We were out of the Air purifiers due to the manufacture was changing the air purifier we offered customer a different prize but customer refused we also told customer they could wait until manufacture gets them back in stock but customer did not want to do that either ?

    *** is a nice guy but he is a pushy determined salesman who can't imagine that anyone would reject his cookware. After 3 1/2 hrs, I bought a small set but as I use them, I am not impressed at all. I filed my desire to rescind but he had reasons why that didn't apply, even tho I filed according to the purchase agreement. Then he wanted to add penalty charges, not listed on the agreement. He WILL NOT allow me to terminate the deal and get my money back. All I can do is file this complaint.

    Customer tried cancelling after cancellation period Right on the sales reciept is stated our cancellation policy right where customer signed.
