3. RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
3.1 REFUND POLICY. You must call Customer Service at 612-466-3823 before anyarrangements will be made to issue a refund. Shipping and handling fees arerefundable to customers that call to cancel within 14 days of initial purchase.You may return your product in its new unopened package within 30 days for afull refund. Your account will be credited within 48 Business Hours ofreceiving your product. If you do not see a refund within that time, pleasecontact customer service.
3.2 RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers are required for all returnsand are available upon request by calling customer service. Products must bereturned to O2PUR 1775 S 4130 W STE C Salt Lake City Ut, 84104, in theiroriginal, unopened package within 30 days of shipment.
3.3 Persons with a medical condition, who are pregnant, or have reason tobelieve they may become pregnant in the next 60 days, should not order thisproduct. Refund requests will not be accepted and refunds will not be given forthese reasons. You must consult a physician prior to placing an order if youare unsure about whether you can take this product.
