    This Company evicted me from my apartment in *************************. I had a signed lease agreement with this company with effective dates of 09/01/2022 to 05/31/2023. the owners were leasing a duplex as a 4 flex but its a none conforming duplex and the property owners were well aware of this long before they leased the apartment to me with effective dates of 11/01/2021 to 08/31/2022. they hired a Property Management company (Logic P.M.) in 05/2022 and the city did their inspection and found them in violation and they only evicted me out of the 4 tenants due to the dates signed. I'm seeking legal representation now on the matter. this company doesn't do anything in a timely or professional manner. that's if they even respond at all. I don't give them any star rating because it would be a lie. but the site requires that I give them at least 1 star.
