A solicitor named *****, came to my door last night after 6pm. Explained how my neighbors had signed up for pest services and I should too for $50 a month. He left after I enrolled stating it's no problem to cancel, I researched the company immediately asked for him to cancel and send confirmation that he canceled. He replied said he would. Never got a confirmation and the company charged my account, I never signed anything and have received no services yet they charged me. RUN and do not fall for this like I did. I just shut down this bank card and recieved a new one now I'll have to do it again as a teacher on the last day of school. The guy texted back that he canceled the account with proof he sent the order but they still changed me. This company should not be permitted to sell door to door or change people before services have been delivered. Wish I had never opened my door!

The salespeople with this company have been harassing me 2-3 times a week. They bang loudly on my door for ***** minutes every time, and show up well into the evening. I have them on camera looking into windows. I contacted ****** ******* with customer service who assured me it would stop. When I contacted customer support again I received no response. Its unacceptable that a company would support this type of unprofessional tactics. I would never even think of using a company who supports this type of sales behavior and Im not the only one who feels this way.Review fromJulio M

Horrible tactics and service. They forged my wife's signature on a contract. then tried to ***** HER into paying to cancel contract she never signed. I called three times and spoke to several people but they no concern for lack of ethics and integrity!! only concerned with extracting dollars for customers. try calling locally and they connect you to national tele markers.Hawx Services, LLC

They send SHADY solicitors to your neighborhood very late in the day (post 6pm). These solicitors refuse to show ID and came to our neighborhood without a solicitor permit. He also walked into my fenced area and proceeded to walk around my property without asking permission. Then continued to go door to door after I told them to come back with proper identification and permit. While going door to door, they were deceivingly telling neighbors that other neighbors signed up for services. Get better sales practices!!!Adding: It is also IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone about complaints within the company. When you call, the *** refuses to forward your call to a manager, makes you wait on hold for 10+ minutes while they look into it, then tells you someone will call back. But nobody ever calls back. And when you call back yourself, they never seem to have record of your past calls/concerns.Hawx Services, LLC

Worst experience ever!!! Stay away. salesman lied to me with empty promises of being able to call when needed and they can send someone out to spray for bugs. I live next to a mountain and field and we experience a large amount of rodents, grasshoppers, spiders and bee's. They services my house and when i called to have them do another round of spraying they said that they can only do it every quarter. I let them know what the sales *** said and they basically told me that it wasn't policy. They charge your account every month but only spray maybe 4 times a year. Then when you go to try and cancel, they make it **** near impossible and grill you with personal questions as to why you want to cancel. If i can give this company negative stars i would. The other reviews speak for themselves. It was my mistake to not look into there company so that's on me. Don't make the same mistake as i did. Stay away from this *************.Hawx Services, LLC

I have been trying to contact HAWX smart pest control to cancel my contract renewal. I get someone on the line saying that i need to talk to customer solutions and transfer me. I spend over an hour waiting (how many people are on the line, this isnt a bank) and get no one on the line. How is this allowed and how do i cancel this company with horrible service to communicate with a customer correctly.Hawx Services, LLC

Was pleased with hawx in the beginning, but at this point I wouldnt recommend them. Ive used hawx for almost a year now and they are supposed to come out every other month but I havent had a service done since January, its now May. It used to be easy to schedule a service now its almost impossible. Then I receive a message of hawx stating that they will automatically set up my next appointment. My contract had been over a year and a month month basis. They hadnt rendered any services since October of 2024 in December I had to change my debit card they were billing. Because it was changed they couldnt bill anymore, since it was on a month to month basis, I decided I didnt want there service anymore but they continued to keep billing me. Even after I called multiple times to cancel they claimed I needed to speak to someone that handled in different office. Which I did but they still continue to bill the account just to make a bigger for service they were no longer providing. At one point I was told if I pay 115 it settle the account but I didnt feel I needed to pay anything because they hadnt rendered any service since October mind you its now April 2025. So they me told if I cancel my subscription, which what I attempted multiple times but they refused to cancel for sake of driving up the balance, now they dont want to honor their own agreement of 115Hawx Services, LLC

RUN... Do not do business with this business. One of their salesmen showed up at the door, unsolicited. He offered a year contract. I explained I did not want a year contract but would be willing to try their service for three months. After the first treatment, I didn't feel it was making any difference in the number of mosquitos but I had them treat it again, then realized, it's not effective. So I called to cancel the service. They informed me that the contract was for a year and that I could cancel but it would be $199 to cancel early. They said I could call back in the spring, so I received a message today via text that they would be coming to treat the yard. It reminded me to call them to cancel. They again said my contract goes through April 24th and I'd have to call back or they would charge me the $199. The sales person on the porch said I could do a 3 month contract but when he had me sign the electronic paperwork, the contract was for a year. Today they informed me I'd have to call back on April 25th to cancel my contract. Interesting that they are completely automated but they can put in a cancellation order for April 25th. I'm sure they are counting on the fact that I'll get busy and forget to cancel and be stuck with another year of charges. This is pure bullying of the consumer. They show up unsolicited and uninvited. I agree to a 3 month contract, they have me sign for something other than what I wanted. My fault, I should have read the details fully but it was several digital pages long and the guy was standing over me waiting. So I got locked into a contract I didn't want and no way to cancel until I call on a specific day. Theses folks are using abusive business practices and I wanted to leave a warning here for others so they can see that these folks are a rip off. Unbelievable. No surprise they aren't listed with the BBB. Because they know their service could not endure that kind of scrutiny. Bad Business, Very BAD.
