      I TALKED TO THE SALESMAN AT CLEAR LINK ABOUT A DISH CONTRACT AND GAVE A DEPOSIT. WHEN MY RESEARCH SHOWED THE PRODUCT WAS NOT TO MY BENEFIT I CANCELLED. DISH *** TOOK THE CANCELLATION JUST FINE AND SAID TO CALL SALESMAN AT CLEAR LINK TO GET DEPOSIT RETURNED. I HAD BEEN TOLD BY CLEAR LINK SALESMAN THAT MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE RETURNED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT INSTANTLY UPON CANCELLATION. SO I TRIED TO GET BACK TO CLEAR LINK SALES MAN. I COULD NOT GET BACK TO THE SALESMAN OR ANY HUMAN BEING AT ANY CLEAR LINK OFFICE OR PHONE NUMBER. *** SPENT 10 HRS OVER 4 DAYS OF PHONE TIME AND ALL EFFORTS ARE DEAD ENDS. MY MONEY WAS TAKEN FEB 7.I CANCELLED FEB 8 AND NO RETURN HAS YET HAPPENED BY FEB 14. THE POLICE TOLD ME THAT ANY MONEY HELD WITH OUT MY AGREEMENT IS AN ACT OF THEFT.
