  My wife and I found the style of RV we liked at this business. We called and the sales person did a Facetime video so that we could see the RV. There wasn't any damage seen during this Facetime video. We told them we wanted to purchase the RV a 2015 F295RSX Wildcat Maxx for the $28,500.00. "full price". We gave them a $1000.00 deposit and financing was approved. They said they would have it ready for us to pick up on Monday. So we drove from Alpine, WY. to Draper, UT. Sunday and called the dealership the next morning and they said it wouldn't be ready till 11:00 am. So, at 11:00 we went to the dealership. My wife walked over to the RV and I went to find the salesman. I found him and my wife came into the office where he and I were and he started the paperwork. I wife said the RV is locked I'd like to look inside. Salesman said "Sure we can but we're going to do a walk through after we finish the paperwork. Here's where we should of insisted for them to allow us into the RV but we did the paperwork first like he requested. After we finished the paperwork we went to the RV he walked us throught the working parts of the RV. This is when he started avoiding/ hideing damaged items. Broken Binds, broken drawes, broken shelfs, wall seraration and torn a awning. We already signed the AS IS paperwork so they wouldn't do anything about these issues. And one of the fenders fell off on the way back to Wyoming. The saleman in a text to me stated that the reason their prices are so good is that that fix issues and don't add it to the price. These issues were not fixed and not even pointed out to us. I just found out the we had 72 hrs. to cancel the sale but I think it's to late now. I'm having a RV repair tech come inspect this RV tomorrow to see how much it will cost to repair all of this and if there's more issues I haven't noticed. I might need help from the BBB on getting reinburst for these cost.

  We are disheartened that **** is not happy with her purchase. Recreation RV Sales is extremely diligent about being forth coming with all information in regard to our sales units including Detailed photos on our website, courtesy video walk through's via phone answering all questions and courtesy in person walk through's showing all components/systems working when customers arrive for pick up. We always give the customer the option to go through the unit first or complete paperwork which ever they are more comfortable with. We also let all customers know from the very first conversation that we have all units cleaned, we go through the units to verify that all Major Components/Systems are working properly but do not fix all the smaller items. This enables us to sell below book value, so our customers have equity in their new purchase. This specific unit was sold for $16,635.00 BELOW book value. Hopefully **** will see that the amount of equity she has in her new unit outweighs the smaller items previously brought up.Regards, Recreation RV Sales.

  Didn't include detailed photos on Website. The hid most of the damages. When we asked to see the locked unit. **** said: Yes but were going to do a walk through after the paperwork. actually delaying us doing a walk through. Major components were show to be working but repairs were not exposed. Unit was Filthy dirty. The black water tank still had s*** in it. Unit was not sold $16,635.00 below book. KBB or **** proves that. Found more issues after getting it home. Trailer brakes don't work which is a safety issue especially driving over 4 hours home. No smoke detector. Underneath skirting was only taped on and had fallen down bearing wires. The passenger side fender blew off on the way home. They lie and reviews on their Website prove this wasn't just me.
