    They installed a water softener. After showering, my family was covered with itchy bumps. My Buddy the Plumber came back over and "noticed" they "forgot" to add a filter for chlorine. They wanted to charge me an additional $700.00 for the chlorine filter. I also had them run a water spigot. After cutting numerous holes in my basement ceiling the outdoor spigot was finally installed. They wouldn't fix the holes in my basement ceiling. Summary - $1000.00 + spent for an unusable water softener and holes in my ceiling. The spigot? It works, however, after having a flooring installer attempt to re-do my flooring. It appears the spigot/water line has been leaking under my carpet. I wish I could give them ZERO stars and get my money back

    had a new furnace installed in August. In order for them to install the unit they needed to cut an area of drywall out. They promised theyd be back in a day or 2 to fix this. Since then weve tried multiple times to get this fixed. Weve left several messages & none have been returned. I submitted a request online 2 days ago & still havent heard anything. My mom who lives in my mother in law apartment so she also has tried calling. She finally spoke to someone who said shed have the manager call her & 2 days later nothing. We also started smelling smelling something burning from the furnace, she mentioned that @ she was *********** would be a $99 service charge. Thats NOT what we were told when we signed the purchase agreement.These guys were super Good at communicating with us Prior to the install Once they received our money that all changed! Working for a builder in the ******************* I know that there are specific warranties on hvac units. To be told that we have to pay a service charge within the first year is Absolutely ridiculous!

    My buddy the plumber did not give me upfront pricing. I had a doctors appoitment and my husband didnt know they never quoted us the cost. checking thru my security cameras they were here less than 3 hrs. That includes their shopping trip. The part they replaced was a back flow. they removed two large bolts and took out the old one and replaced it with the new one. retail price for the part was $700-$900. They charged me $2800. when i thought the tech was making a joke about the amount, he called his boss. they took $500 off so it was $2300. even if they charged the part @ $1000. their labor would be over a $430 per hour. which a good portion of that was shopping for the part. I'm a senior on a fixed income and i would never agreed to pay this much if they would have gave ** the bill up front. now i have a credit card bill that will take some time paying off at a high intertest rate.
