Sister location replaced tires/did alignment - a wheel spacer was left off. A ball bearing failed. A front tire was dangerously loose. Sister location took 4 days to even assess the vehicle. Then told me they didn't have the part to fix the vehicle but would order it. Advisor "went to Mexico with his family". No communication was provided, had to call continuously to get answers. The part took even longer then expected to arrive, I had to beg for this information. It was not provided to me. I had to call both locations and yell and complain before I was heard at all. Vehicle was received by service department on 4/2, repair was complete on 4/18.
They finally said they would cover the cost of the ball bearing as well as the initial spacer.
Did not expect a repair to take nearly 3 weeks. Went out of the country on 4/14. They said they would hold onto the vehicle until I returned. Once I was communicated about the finished repair I informed LHM that I would be back on 4/24 to pick up the vehicle. Contacted LHM the morning of 4/24 to request a ride (a service they provide) to them pick up my vehicle. Was told I need an advisor to sign off on sending a Lyft. Waited over an hour. Called again and was told "advisor is still checking in clients" it could be an hour before they get to me. Called again to express how inappropriate this was and was dismissed and placed on hold by someone that was unwilling and unable to help. Called sister location and expressed frustrations. Finally received a Lyft ride to pick up MY VEHICLE that was basically held hostage for an undisclosed amount of time for repairs that were needed because 1 location messed up a tire change and alignment while another could not care to communicate anything at all to me. They acted as if I was bothering them asking for information, timelines, and status updates.
The missing spacer and failed ball bearing could have killed me or someone else. Disappointment is an understatement. Disgusting service.

Wanted an oil change on my 2004 Dodge ram diesel. It takes 12 quarts and I wanted ***** 1 synthetic. I can buy a gallon of my preferred oil for $35 at a parts store. They were going to charge $18 a quart for a total of $305 for the oil change! I know they get their oil delivered from parts stores I'm sure at a dealer discount. Looks like they markup the oil 100 percent for their customers. I bought the oil myself and went to ********** and saved over $100. I am grateful the service department called and warned me about the cost before I got there. I can't imagine the cost for an actual repair. There are so many quality repair shops out there. I will never use them again.

I'd leave ZERO stars if I could My car went into the dealership in January 2023 to have the turbos replaced, which were covered under warranty. No other issues at the time. After they were replaced I was told that the engine was knocking and would need to be replaced. I was told it was covered under the warranty, and that it had been ordered but would be a couple months to come in. Over the next 18 months I was continually told and reassured by the dealership that the engine was ordered and on it's way and was reassured over and over that it was under warranty. August of 2024 a new General Manager took over (***** *******) and he decided that it was no longer covered under warranty. My vehicle booked at over $20,000 when I brought it in, it is now worth nothing. They offered me $4000 or I could pay $6000 to pay for part of the new engine. In the 18 months it sat in their lot the dash is now destroyed, the windshield is broken, the new battery is dead the year old tires are warped, the air-ride suspension has gone out. It's destroyed. There are engine parts sitting in the back. It's destroyed.

I had a coupon from ******** for an oil change for ***** AFTER oil change was completed they told me that the coupon was only for Hondas or DOES NOT say that on the coupon. So I had NO choice but to pay the ******. Could have went to my regular place 3x for that price. They need to accept payment BEFORE the service so you are not "stuck" paying the price they come up with!

I did not buy my ****** from here, but I do take my ****** in to their attached dealership auto service shop regularly. I have gone to Larry H. Miller ****** Boise to service my ****** for more than two years now, and I really like working with them! They are detailed, professional, and timely. I like that they have an online booking option where you can schedule your car service ahead of time to make sure you get on the schedule. The only reason I give four stars and not five is because it always feels a little expensive to get work done.... but maybe that's just the reality of car maintenance. In any case, I trust and recommend Larry H. Miller ****** Boise for those who need a good mechanic to take care of your ******.

They have been terrible to work with and keep telling me theyll have my vehicle fixed then another delay and another delay comes up. I made an appointment and dropped off my vehicle and it took almost an entire day to hear from them about the problem I was having. I approved the diagnostic to figure out the issue and it took another two full business days to know what the problem was. They then told me theyll would have to order parts and conveniently they were off the next three days. I asked about what would be done since I was without my only vehicle and I was told I could rent a vehicle for $100 a day even thought they left my vehicle unusable. Was told my vehicle would be ready mid-morning on Monday and heard nothing by noon so called and left a message. Only when I called back and asked for a manager did I get a call back telling me they dont even know if the part had arrived yet and they werent sure if they would have my vehicle back today. Ive gone a full week without my vehicle and no solution, customer service, or offering to help. Extremely frustrated and Im sure theyll find some other excuse to have my vehicle another day or two.On top of all this I put a deposit on a vehicle and they have never contacted me about the new model year and trying to actually sell me a vehicle. They just want money and not help customers. Will never do business with them again.

We bought a new jeep wrangler (2024) from this Larry h. miller dealer and one month later the check engine light came on. So I called the dealership right away only to find out I had to wait for 5 weeks for an appointment. Then on that day I arrived only to be told I would have to wait another week for them to look at my jeep. The service manager was very rude and unprofessional (****** ******)about my problem (only *******a service advisor was helpful). Never Buy or have a vehicle serviced at Larry H. Miller on ***********************.

I purchased a 2023 ******* GV80 Advance Plus *** in November 2023 for approximately $75,000, financed through a business equipment loan with *********. From the beginning, the experience has been problematic. The vehicle had a steering code issue even before delivery, requiring the dealership to source parts from a used *** to meet the delivery deadline under pressure from the lender. Since then, *** faced several issues: 1. 3rd Row Vent Trim Lid: Both sides had to be replaced, taking three attempts to achieve a minimally acceptable fit. 2. Android Auto Malfunction: Persistent short-outs led to software updates and USB port replacements. Internal console parts took months to arrive. 3. Cluster Display Issue: The cluster was repaired but failed again after a few weeks. Despite replacing batteries, the issue persists, leaving the *** at the dealership for weeks. Throughout this ordeal, I have suffered significant downtime and income losses, as the *** is used for business purposes. ******* ********************** have failed to provide a comparable loaner vehicle, often offering only small sedans unsuitable for my needs. This has forced me to cancel business trips, further impacting my livelihood. As of December 2024, I am still awaiting resolution from ******* **** I need this matter addressed promptly and a reliable solution to ensure my vehicle is fit for purpose.

On November 23 2024 I purchased a 2016 F150 from Larry H. Miller Dodge. When I went to see it I couldnt drive it because it had a bolt in the tire. Despite that I liked the truck and it was what I wanted so I went ahead with the purchase and was told that they would fix the tire and I could come get it in a day or so. When I called to see if it was done there was a leak from the fuel tank and was told it would be a couple days to get it fixed. The dealership gave me a loaner truck while mine was getting fixed. I got about 30 miles from the dealer when the engine light came on and it started shifting wrong at times jumping forward when I would come to a stop. I took it back to the dealer and they tried to give me a Jeep Renegade after telling them nothing compact. The Jeep smelled like smoke and had old food in the cup holders and on the floor. I told them it wouldnt work and they did get me a Grand Cherokee which was a nice car (did have some faults that needed to be serviced by dealer). After finally getting a decent loaner I just needed to wait for my truck to get done. Seems easy but as the days went there were more and more issues with the truck. I would call and try to get updates on the progress or what was wrong with it but would almost never get a call back and when I did get someone they didnt know what was wrong with it. One person even told me they didnt even have the truck and I must have called the wrong place because they are a Dodge dealer not a **** dealer. I was told that they would put in a spray bed liner because of the inconvenience. After two days shy of a month I finally got my truck. The same bolt was still in the tire even after them saying it was fixed. The bed liner was not done and the interior was dirty after being detailed. I paid for the exterior and interior protection package ($1,690 total cost) which was not done. Also, no temp tag or list of repairs, just a key. I took the truck anyway and had the tire fixed myself.
