  This company is no good. probably biggest scamming company ive ran across my entire life and i sadly was part of it. this company hired on with sign on bonus which never recieved. company paid ******** never recieved and paid training was teaching us how to scam using the bait switch scheme without getting caught. overcharged customers for sure. lies about job expectations. and when i quite over my concious making me. he made me turn in equipment before i got my last pay check . returned he slammed door in my face and locked office door so i could no longer bother him. used very poor unprofecinal language and said hes inventoring returned equipment and he'd be sending my last check by mail. stopped answering calls and avoided office for months never got paid.

  If there was a "no star" selection, that is what would be chosen for this review. Appointment made for yesterday, August 31, 2023 at 10 am. The technician never showed, the phone numbers were repeatedly called and messages left without any response. Then, I luckily got ******* on the phone late that afternoon. She said she was working alone and had not gotten to the messages. I was on hold for 35 minutes and then the phone call disconnected. I called right back - no answer. I've been calling repeatedly, no answer at any of the phone numbers. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau!

  No Call No Show 4x in a Row!When we had our airducts cleaned on September 7, 2020, I gave them a 5 stars because Technician **** did an excellent job. We even spent the extra money and had them install the ** air purifier, in addition to paying for their maintenance program. Fast forward to April 2023, they deserve a 0 stars review! I have been trying to get them to come out and replace the ** bulb that went out, but I can't get them to come back out and do the work.First appointment: 3/31/23 - NO CALL NO SHOW Second appointment: 4/1/23 - NO CALL NO SHOW Third appointment: 4/3/23 - NO CALL NO SHOW Fourth appointment: 4/14/23 - NO CALL NO SHOW On the day of each appointment that they failed to show, I called Wasatch Clean Air first thing in the morning to confirm the appointment. I was assured each time that they would be coming out. I'm at a loss for words. What sort of business does this? NO CALL NO SHOW 4 TIMES IN A ROW!

  Well, same as all other reviews. Coupon scam to up sale. I expected to pay more than 39.00 but not 1500.00. Wanted to charge me for an electrostatic filter. I already have one. Said my UV light was installed incorrectly till I challenged him. Said the same thing that they do not come out for less than 90.00. Ad never mentioned that nor did the women I spoke to. Wanted to check for mold and needed to borrow some batteries for his UV light. However couldn’t get it to work. When you log onto their website all of the reviews are glowingly positive. I would not recommend.

  Actually, I would give them a 0. This company put out a $39 Winter Special in the ******************** which turned out to be a bait and switch. A guy came and started the job. Halfway through, he try to tell in order to finish the job properly I would have to pay $275 dollars or even a better job for $1500. When I said I only wanted the special which was to clean all my air ducts (10), he called the his boss and when he got off the phone he said he could not finish the job because it would cause damage. (A total falsehood). He gather up his equipment and didn't finish the job. The add says they back their work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Then, he came back in the house and tried to tell me there would be an $80 service charge just for coming out. Nowhere in the add does it say anything about that. When I made the appointment, they didn't say anything about a service charge. Just a warning, do not do business with this company. False advertising.

I WAS A VICTIM OF THIS TOO TODAY 12/02/22 - SCHDULED A MONTH AGO WAS QUOTED $39.99 AND X AMOUNT FOR ADDITIONAL VENT WAS QUOTED OVER THE ***** $149.95 WITH THE FREE ***** VENT COUPON WE RECIEVED, THEY GET THERE TODAY SAME STORY AS ALL THESE OTHER REVIEWS BUT MY ESTIMATE TOTAL WAS $1842.00, TALKED TO THE ***** ABOUT THE COUPON AND SAME STORY AS THESE OTHERS. SO WE TOLD THEM TO JUST DO THE ***** VENT FOR $199.00 THEN THEY ALSO CHARGED $80.00 TO COME OUT (THAT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED) SO I CALLED THE BUSINIESS ***** NUMBER ABOUT THE SITUTATION AND WAS TOLD " THE APPOINTMENT TAKER THAT QUOTED ME THE $149.95 WAS NEW AND SHOULD OF NEVER QUOTED IT AND THEY WOULD CONTACT HIS SUPERERVISOR" WAITED 20 MIN STILL THEY NEVER CONTACTED THE ***** SO I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SAID THEY WERE CALLING HIM NOW, THE ***** WAITED A WHILE AND STILL NO ***** NUMBER. ALL THESE PEOPLE HAVE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME STORY, WILL BE CONTACTING MY CONGRESSMAN ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER, AS PER ALL THESE COMPLAINTS ARE PRETTY CONSITATNT WITH FALSE ADVERTISING ALONG WITH ******** REVIEWS..
