      HELLLLO I have read mostly all theses reviews on this company, my questions is why arent they being investigated??? Why!! Im just got my credit card yesterday useed the card to make a purchase on ******!! Irans are being ship payments was made but not I wake up to a card on hold?????? What is going on!!!???? And the funny part is that you cant speak to someone on a Sunday??!!! All my credit cards Im able to speak to someone

      I got a ********** Card for emergency purchases. I purchased an $800 dryer because mine broke. I was told I would be making monthly payments on it. I made my first payment around $50. Next the charge the rest of my balance on the first of the month. So that is $750 taken out 2 weeks after the first initial payment. I called to get the amount refunded it took 2 weeks to finally get a refund. They apologized and promised to cancel that arrangement and it would not happen again but the next month on the first the entire amount was taken again, and I still have not gotten it back. It has been three weeks this time for something they tell me I should be getting tomorrow. Every person I talk to says I should be receiving it tomorrow it never comes and there are no managers around so do not bother asking. I will be cancelling my card after this incident. If I knew it was this bad, I would have never gotten the card. Stay far from Vive Financial if I could have given them 0 stars I would have.

      I have tried multiple times to apply for the Vive Mastercard, but have continued running into the same problem each time.I've tried applying using my cell phone, desktop computer, and laptop computer all with the same outcome.I enter everything and then when I enter my net monthly income, their system automatically calculates your annual income, however, the issue I've been running into for over a week now is that I'm unable to submit my application because I'm told to verify that my annual income is correct before I can press the continue ********* order for the continue button to highlight so that I can press it, I have to delete the number I originally entered and then enter the amount again. Then after I am able to press the continue button I am taken right back to the same screen and asked to do it again.I've already done this multiple times for over a week and I run into the same issue.When I called customer service I was told to go to the website directly to apply instead of using the link in the offer email I received. Same issue happened multiple times so I called them and spoke to someone else and told them what's going on. They put me on hold for a few minutes then come back on the line and tell my, "we've checked our system and there is nothing wrong on our end. We've never heard of this happening before. Try clearing your cache and history and then try reapplying." I told them thank you and hung up.Guess what? Yep, you guessed it. Cleared my cache and history and tried reapplying, same issue.I'm not getting any error messages so it has to be on there end, but their just too lazy to really check into it. Maybe their IT Department needs to spend more than a few minutes on this issue.

      I am extremely upset and frustrated with this company. I have a fraud issue that have been dealing with for over a month and I have received no answers or updates on the fraud case I generated with them! Terrible company and Terrible customer service! Hopefully will become resolved SOON!

      I am currently out of work due to cancer, and they should be paying me short term disability but 2 month go by and I'm still waiting for my job to pay me. Vive Financial called me asking for payment as I don't have enough to pay my rent at this time. No matter how many times this idiot asked me for a payment he would not take no for an answer. I explained to him my current hardship and he said I should pay them before I pay my rent. This is in complete violation of the fdcpa laws. I'm dying of cancer and this ***** will not take no I cannot pay for an answer. I recorded the entire call. Told him never to contact me by any means again and hung up. He called right back and asked when I could make a payment. This company needs to be shut down

      This company should be out of business They are a complete scam. I took out a loan thru them by ************. My contract said no interest charged if paid within 18 months. I was charged interest immediately. I have tried talking to them but they keep charging me interest. I am done with them.

      Vive approved me for $600.00 credit limit card about 2 months now they send letter that they closed my account and they didn't have a reason for it and said for ** to pay remaining balance what kind of credit card company does this. I make my payments on time to them. This company is not legit and seems like a scam

      If I could give them 0 star I would. If you are thinking about getting the vive MasterCard DON'T!i worked so hard to get my credit back and on track and I did that until I got the vive MasterCard they have ruined my credit rating because they have lied non stop closed my account saying at first it was fraud blocked from the website for weeks then sent me a letter saying they didn't like how I used the card I only used 200 dollars on the card and they closed it so now they have reported that I closed it and no I didn't make a payment because I only had the card for a few weeks and they are trying to stick me a 99 dollar annual fee for a card I didn't have for a month because they decided to close the account. Stay far away from that company seems like they give you credit let you use the card a couple of times just to scam you into that annual fee. So now my credit score is dropping because of them!!!!!!!!

      Zero stars. Ive made more payments than I am supposed to and half of them bounce even though I have the money in my account, then Im charged 41 dollars for a payment that should have gone through. The customer service is -10 out of 5 stars. They ****. I have no idea why my payments bounce when the moneys in there. Im charged a return fee of 41 dollars. Every 3 days Im charged ***** in interest fees. I have paid ******* and made EXTRA payments yet my account is in the NEGATIVE. Its a scam. Total scam. Im not paying another payment and letting this go to collections. At least collections wont s**** over. My account hasnt had more than ***** as a positive balance in it when it should have *******!! Theyre A SCAM. DONT GET THIS CARD

      Theyre saying, I took a credit card with Bobs furniture which I did not. They took it off my credit report then put it back on and now they wont stop calling me. I asked them for proof and they told me I had to do all of that. I said I didnt take the credit card out you approved it show me my signature, she hung up on me. Im done with these people, but its my credit report.
