I have emailed Animal Jam on various occasions to unban my parent dashboard. I have spent a lot of money on that game with the memberships, diamonds, gems.. and would like all of it back. I still have my debit/credit card information connected on that dashboard and need it to be disconnected. I was banned for absolutely no reason, which I am believing is an error or accounts had gotten hacked. After spending all the money on this game, I want it back. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME. People even try to SELL accounts on ********************** Jam too! I have stumbled across some jammers who have tried to hack my account with a fake website that they use!

WildWorks has engaged in several predatory business practices. I purchased my niece a premium subscription to Animal Jam, which I maintained for her for 5 years. After it auto-renewed at the start of the 6th year, her account was permanently banned. I went through the proper channels to get an explanation of why (as their ToS said I could). However, they continually moved the finish line of how much documentation I had to provide in order to receive the reasoning behind the ban. This practice continued until their account maintenance time had ended, at which time they said too much time had elapsed and they could no longer tell me the reason. They claimed that I had waited too long, even though I had documentation that I had been attempting to get an answer for years. They refused to answer when confronted with these facts and even blocked my access to the parental management account for my other niece, making it impossible for me to cancel her membership. I had to tell my credit card company to not make payments because WildWorks tried to force me to keep paying by not allowing me to cancel.
