      This is the company that "manages" the apartment complex I have lived in for years, long before they took over. Since their management began, the entire complex has deteriorated in many ways, much to the dismay of long-term residents. The property manager on-site has repeatedly failed in their duties, and Ive been without proper maintenance to my unit for over a year, accumulatively. I have no working sink, and all water sources leak consistently, contributing to a worsening black mold infestation. Im dealing with a disgusting infestation of cockroaches and other vermin. My stovetop (there is no oven) were completely non-functional for most of 2023, only being repaired at the start of 2024. The electrical outlets are malfunctioning. Ive been harassed and victimized by criminal behavior from a drug-dealing neighbor and his customers. All of these issues have gone entirely unaddressed, leaving law-abiding residents to live in fear of retaliation from criminals if they dare to defend themselves or their property.The foliage around the property is dying due to neglect, including a massive tree outside my apartment window that now poses a serious safety risk. Aside from the complaints Ive made about my neighbors, all of my concerns have been willfully ignored, including my request to terminate my lease due to this gross negligence. Worst of all, the lease agreement itself is illegal.Many requests have been made to be moved to an updated unit, as I pay full price and do not benefit from Section 8 or other vouchers like every single other resident I know. This, too, has gone ignored and I am being forced to pay full price for a deteriorating unit that is, and likely never was, inhabitable. This is more than inhumane, it is illegal.This company has shown no regard for residents' rights. They exploit ********** tenants, forcing us to endure these conditions or face eviction. This is nothing less than the behavior of slumlords.
