I thought I did my due diligence by choosing Everblade but was I wrong...AVOID this company like the plague, it's ran by horrible mean and unprofessional people.I worked with ****** who was initially very nice but became pushy and even showed up at night on a Friday just so he could close the deal. I had a few red flags come up as they changed the labor warranty at the last second and he had the "owner" on the phone ready to give me some BS sales pitch. I was tired and agreed,I was told timeframe was 2-3 weeks and I would get a call within a week to get scheduled. After texting ****** with no response as well as calling, I finally get an e-mail 2 weeks later how materials are being ordered. I tried to get a hold of someone but to no avail.****** finally reached out and said I would get a call back at the latest on Monday and now it's 12 days and silence from the whole company...at this point I'm overly frustrated since communication is non-existent. I tell them that I want to cancel and the "CFO Rio" said "sure ****** we will call you tomorrow to refund you in full.I hear nothing so I call him back and he starts to threaten and insult me and said I have no choice but to let them install it or else I'm not getting any money back and good luck *********** the other review how they did a poor install and left her in silence Don't be like us who had to learn the hard way, AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.

Currently, we are scaling back operations in ************* due to delays in installations caused by two consecutive hurricanes that hit the area last year.Several customers have requested cancellations because we could not install them within their preferred timeframes. This customer has received their refunded in full

The comment above from Everblade is a lie, you are "scaling back" in this region because you failed to pay your technicians and take money from customers with no intentions of installing anything. I have text proof from employees stating so. I asked prior to install how their customers did during the hurricanes and they mentioned how only 1 or 2 got affected since it's supposed to withstand any sort of rain and they had no issues, so yet another lie! Everblade is also lying about the refund as they said they were going to refund me within 2 weeks and never did, so I had to issue a chargeback with my bank to actually get my refund, this company is a huge scam.

Company sold me a product and too $1500 towards services. Pushed me to do the service without HOA approval, the salesman ********************* was discussing his personal life of drugs with me after the sale, and then forgot paperwork and told me he was hungover that is why. Showed up on wrong day 3/28 when I was confirmed for 3/29 install. I chose evening if 3/28 to delay til HOA approval, **** asked me to notify him by 530 and I did. Rescheduled for 4/9 confirmed with **** and written text message from him and on 4/8 at 1030pm Rio the owner text me to tell me how they wouldnt be here on 4/9. He in writing told me I was a no show before and cancelled due to HOA approval which I should have had before then. I forwarded all messages to him. Asked for a refund and to cancel my loan they ran my credit for with no services rendered. *************************** called me today 4/9 to talk about this and asked me to explain my situation. He then cut me off to tell me I didnt need HOA, as I was explaining as a customer my situation. He then began to yell at me so I yelled back since he obviously allows drug addicts and disrespects women by arguing with them when they are a customer. Be careful with this company as you may end up being told they dont need your irrelevant $1500 as they make so much more. I will be following to ensure my money is refunded and no loans remain open in my name with Everblade.

**************************************** reached out to us and met with one of our design Specialest in the ************* Area. She claimed he was a drunk and a drug addict that showed up drunk & on drugs at her home to sale her turf. (He is far from it) However, if he was ... why would you or anyone in their right minds buy from him ???Again, she purchased our services after designing out her yard with her. It is the begging of summer and we are about ***** day out from install. We got her on schedule and confirmed with her that our crew would be there in the morning the night before to begin her install.the following morning she was a No - Show ... no Curtesy call or anything. It cost us around $1500 dollars in day labor fee's. But, that's fine, we reached out again and after a while of being ghosted by her; we finally reached her. She claimed that her neighbor told her that she required a HOA approval to install artificial turf in her back yard, and that we should know this. We explained that in our contract it clearly state that its the responsibility of the home owner to know these things about their home prior to installing ... she took offense. But, we said that we would look into it - we found that it is not require for back yard areas. We then moved forward with re-scheduling a new install date - which she did. However, this time .. (another week later) we were all good to go when Tampa got hit with one of their famous storm / tornado 's. We hope the storm would clear. But, late that night I had to make a text to let ************************* know that we wouldn't be there in the morning due to the storm and safty reasons. She was not happy at all, ... she then started ranting, throwing fits, making aqusations... she called me, my business mgr, our install designed, project coordinator, anyone that would listen, ... **** you. We "EverBlade" tm.... reserve the right to refuse business to anyone in our contract. Therefore, we immediately the very next morning refunded ****************** $1,500 dollars and cancelled her approved loan with our lending associates - at which time I notified her, and said our good-by's. But, that still wasn't enough for her, and the ugliness continued for the next 3 days - **** though she got all her money back ..... She is a hostile customer, and no one deserves to work under those conditions. We only wish her the best and whom ever else she may work with.
