  Took care in oil change and rotate tires they lost or didn't install my hubcap on one rear wheel I have called 2 times. Each time them saying they would have manager call me after reviewing there video no calls also I was quoted one price on phone when my husband got ***** the price has changed what a lie my husband called me I talked to a girl she finally reajusted the price. Alot of lieing going on and not taking responsibility for what they do don't go there they have poor customer service.

  This place is highly unprofessional, employs inexperienced staff that does not know what they are doing, will damage your vehicle, and then, on top of all that, lie to you about what happened and tell you to GFY. I will be posting this review in as many places as possible so people can avoid the giant headaches and costs this place caused. They ****.

  ******* Fast Lube DBA Jiffy Lube "Castle Roick".......Took vehicle in for oil change 4/18/2024. Drove 20 miles up the road and got a low oil pressure light. I immediately pulled off the road and contacted Jiffy Lube rep. ******* the dipstick and there was no oil! He came out to car and changed the oil filter and replaced "some" oil. Did not bring enough to do the job correctly. Oh and used a dirty piece of paper as a funnel because he did not bring a funnel with him. I said i would like to take the car to local dealership 2-3 miles up the road when he said he wanted to take for a test drive. He said they would take care of the costs to diagnose and fix any damage. Luckily there was no damage but there was a diagnostic fee and a charge for an oil change. When it came time to pay up I was told sorry warranty was voided because vehicle was taken to another location, even though the manager said he was fine with taking it to dealership to get looked at. Do not do business with ******* Fast lube doing business as Jiffy Lube. Oh and was told they would not pay for a rental car while it was in the shop for a few days as this happened late on a Thursday. CUSTOMER BE AWARE. ***** was was okay but **** (district manager) made the ultimate decision.

  Not at all impressed with my recent ********************** unless you want to consider the high probability of a blown motor something to sign on for! I had the ***************** with a cabin filter replacement and what was supposed to be about 5 quarts of High ************************ guess that the only thing missing was the oil. I commute from ******* to SLC 5 days a week and this morning (10/23/23), during my commute into SLC, my car went into Limp Mode... no oil light, no knocking sounds, no ticking... just the check engine light flashing and just enough power to get me to work. After letting the car sit for a couple of hours, I went out to see what might be the issue. Low and behold, when I checked the oil, there was nothing even showing on the dip stick. I thought that my oil filter must be sitting wrong or the plug had backed out. NOPE!!! I got the car over to a Jiffy Lube on ****** and just off ************ in ***. The Asst. ******* and ******* checked everything on the car for leaks, but nothing was found. They filled my car with about 4 Quarts of Oil and rechecked for leaks while running... NO LEAKS! No blue smoke! Best guess is that my "*****************" and the ************ Jiffy Lube, did everything with the service, but refill my oil. Good thing that the crew at this Jiffy Lube in ************ was able to wipe your butts! I will NEVER go to or even suggest business to the ************ location again! This is just ridiculous. FYI, If there are any future issues that I can see occurring from this situation, I will be back and ready to bill for a new motor/labor if needed.

  I had my oil changed, it leaked so I took my car to the dealership. They say wrong filter. I took pictures before taking to dealership and now the Jiffy Lube in ***********, ** is saying not their fault. Never had a leak before them. Can't get Griffin corporation to call me back. Can't get regional manager to call me back. Just the store manager that started all this.

  I dropped my car off at Jiffy Lube in ************. I asked them to do what they did last time (which was change the oil). They tried to call me to tell me I needed a couple of items which I did not agree to. I was not available to answer the phone Instead of doing just the oil change, they also added an air filter and another part which I did not ask for.The **** for my oil change came to $154. I complained and they dropped the **** to $119. I still was not satisfied, so I sent an email to Griffin complaining about extra charges for things I did not ask for and got no response. It is obvious to me that Griffin **** Services did not care about what their customers think. I would recommend not dropping your car off.

  I had my car emission tested on 17 June 2022 and was charged $39.99. Reasonable and customary charges in Salt Lake and ***** County are self regulated, however the average fee is $25. Griffin Fast Lube's charge is excessive, even price gouging.I complained to the Griffin Fast Lube and and its franchisor, Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube said its franchisees are independently owned and operated, and that "The Franchisee, as owner of the store must review the case, and recommend resolution or next course of action." Griffin Fast Lube did not.Next time I will "buyer beware," but not at Jiffy Lube.
