    This was an experience already negative when I pulled up at 10:30 am this morning for an 11am appointment which we scheduled three weeks ago, which **** the owner called my husband last Tuesday 10/13 to cancel because he had an emergency and had to leave town so we rescheduled for today 10/22. My task was to take the truck in and have tint put on the front windshield. **** already quoted the price of $50 three weeks ago and again last Tuesday 10/13 when they spoke. As I walked in and said, I am hear to tint the front windshield for my husband appointment was for 11 am when I told **** this he looked at his phone and couldnt find it. Then he asked for my husbands name I said, ***********************, he kept staring at his phone then asked for a phone number I gave him ****** numberhe mumbled I have hundreds of messages I was amazed he didnt reference a computer, a file or even a handwritten calendar to find the appointment. Then he said, oh I was looking at the wrong day? Then he mumbled to himself about someone not coming in? He then said, ok here it is lets get started. I showed him photos of the windshield my husband sent me with he got started on the truck pulled it in and got busy. He started at 10:42 am and finished before 11am there was a young lady who showed up and helped. Seemed she wasnt expected that early as he made a comment why she was there that early? Anyway she helped put or clean the window before the strip of tint was put on, oncedone he said, all done. I asked to confirm how much it would be as ***** told me $50, but he said $70 I called my husband they spoke briefly then **** said ok $50 I gave him the credit card he did the transaction then hurried to drive the truck out of the stall since the young lady was there I asked if I could get an invoice because the credit card machine issued just $54.45 I need an invoice showing what work was done. He said, no thats your receipt, then went and tore the tint off, issued Credit threw slip at me
