  Please ****** the owner, ***** *******. Recently plead guilty to embezzling $2.1 million. A few years prior he was caught in a prostitution sting. I have unfortunately had to deal with ***** and his company in a community my company manages. I won't say more other than please do your research before hiring them.

  This is seriously a predatory company. ***** won't think twice about stealing your deposit and then making up some bogus reason for it. If you are unlucky enough to rent with him, don't even try cleaning the apartment when you leave because it will just be a waste of time. We cleaned the apartment spotless and he came back saying that it was "dusty! They don't even send a cleaning company in to clean it after you leave. We had not been out of the apartment for 30 minutes and drove back because we thought we forgot some items (Keep in mind, the apartment was still rented in our name with a legally binding contract until midnight). When we arrived back at the apartment new tenants were already moving in!!! There was no cleaning company that he supposably had paid to clean our "dust"! Read the reviews on ******* (all the supposed positive ratings are fake - guaranteed, and all the replies he makes are all lies and made up stories). Stress Free Property Management is the worst company in the world! STAY AWAY! I wish someone would *** them back to the Stone Age! ***** will catch up with them eventually!

  Same as everyone else is saying. Ripped off over half of my deposit for fake reasons and even if they were true (which they weren't) exhorbitant fees. When we moved in it was filthy so I doubt they send anyone in to clean and just pocket it. It doesn't seem like BBB or Yelp reviews make it any better. Time to lawyer up!

  If I could give them -100 stars I would. First of all as stated in another review Blake is a convicted criminal. A simple ****** search will tell you that. They do not do basic maintenance to keep things from breaking. The biggest issue I had with them was when our AC unit went out in the middle of the summer. Which I understand that things happen but when the HVAC guy tells me that it was the worst unit he has probably ever seen thats not a good look. He said the filter looked like it hadn't been changed in years and if neglected long enough can cause problems with the unit. I checked our lease to make sure that us tenants were not supposed to be changing it. I was ready to accept responsibility for something we failed to do. Not once in the contract did it say that we were responsible for it and when me and another roommate went down to the office to discuss things we were told "that's just the way it is ... you're supposed to change it." I had brought my screen shots and they basically shrugged it off and acted like we were supposed to magically know without someone telling us or it being in the contract. At the time I was working a customer service job at a call center and if I would've spoken to customers the way that they spoke to us and handled situations like that I would've been fired. There were multiple times where we were not given proper notice when someone was stopping by but it got to a point where we just didn't feel like arguing with them anymore. I really don't understand what is so hard about being kind and taking care of your tenants.

  Management was satisfactory when I was a tenant, but it turns out this company has a history of keeping an exorbitant amount of security deposits. I was charged excessive cleaning fees upon leaving, even though I had left the unit in better condition then when I moved in. Rent an apartment somewhere else if you can, take extensive pictures when you move in and out if you can't.

  This company and it's owner are the worst human beings. 5 college girls in one of his properties were told to leave either by end of the week or within 30 days. Which leaves them without a place to leave for the last two weeks of school. The company gave us no solutions other than we can apply for another of their property and pay for the deposit, which they already have from the property they are in now. He couldn't wait an extra two weeks for school to end so the girls wouldn't be displaced during finals. They are shady, immoral and unethical. I wouldn't rent from this company again and would have people stay away.
