We were fortunate to have BCT as the wrecker service twice in one month. 1st time was a so called huge mistake on my husbands horrible record keeping and was towed when tagged in a roadside DUI and vehicle registration and proof of insurance checkpoint. Bryce Canyon was called after my husband was hauled of by UHP due to his record keeping bad habits. I was able to ride back with BCT as he was taking the truck to his impound lot he was able to drop me off due to living right on his route to the drop off the truck at the impound yard. Very nice, extremely helpful, did not judge in fact we laughed about it. What else could I do but laugh. 2nd time was today. After contacting BCT to see how much it would cost to have 2 vehicles that were not ours in which the owners of the first vehicle was told they could use our back yard as long as the *** would not be there longer than 6 months. 2 years later and all of a sudden we now have 2 *** parked in our back yard. We did not authorize the 2nd vehicle and was not connected regarding the 2nd vehicle. So I called to check on service charges because we want to keep the other neighbors happy and not give them a reason to b**** about the junk in our back yard that will then turn into way bigger problems. *********** was very pleasant to speak with regarding this matter and the he would be by to pick them up tomorrow. This morning I looked out back to see if they were gone yet nope not yet. 1hr later I heard a door shut, by the time I got to the back door the closed door was nowhere to be found by the 2 *** vehicles were gone. I noticed a missed called on my cell it was from BCT wanting to call and confirm which to *** they picked up and that I would not be charged for having the 2 *** hauled off nor impound charges will be billed to me. Very pleasant, informative and very professional. I do know who to call next time for towing services.Thank you Bryce Canyon Towing for the services for both situations.

The morning of September 14th, while on a motorcycle trip, and staying with a group of friends at Bryce Canyon Resort, we experienced a tragedy, when one of our party had a heart attack that he did not survive. We needed to have the motorcycle towed and secured, until our friend's wife could make arrangements to secure the bike. The Garfield County Sheriff's deputy on the scene called Bryce Canton Towing, ********************* showed up, loaded the bike, passed out business cards, and was on his way, approximately 22 miles back to *********.Last week, I was contacted by one of my friends who was on the ride, who told me he would be going to ********* to pick up the bike, at the request of the widow. I was also contacted by the widow, who told me the charges would be $1,118.99! These charges included:- A "fuel surcharge" of $144.99. This was to drive approximately 44 miles, (from the towing business to Bryce Canyon Resort and back). Isn't fuel a cost of doing business for a towing company? And $144.99 for 44 miles? - 3 "Impounds/Wrecks", at $179 each. The bike was never wrecked, it was still on the kickstand as the EMTs tried vainly to save my friend's life next to it. Impound? Nope, simply towing a storing a bike, until the widow could retrieve it, a fact the Garfield *************************** pointed out. I talked to the Sheriff, and while he agreed that my friend's wife was overcharged, he said he couldn't do anything; that Bryce Canyon Towing is on the rotational list for Garfield County, and evidently they were next in line when the deputy called for a towing service. Lovely, huh? You die, then things get worse, when Bryce Canyon Towing shows up. So if you're in the area and need a tow, my suggestion is to use anyone but Bryce Canyon Towing. If they'll blatantly overcharge a widow, no telling what they'll do to you.
