    I agree with the previous review. We've had the worst experience with this company. The wood floor that they installed throughout our main floor is seeping oil and looks terrible. I have tried for nearly 3 years to get ******** to take care of the problem with no movement. I think we spent close to $45k on the floor and we are not getting attention or answers or solutions to fix it. The floor is under warranty, but they still won't make it right. Not to mention, when the flooring was installed, the installer was negative, criticizing and completely unpleasant. The other problem we've had is with the carpet that ******** sold to us and installed. The seams are coming apart and I'm completely embarrassed to have people look at it. After spending $11k on carpet, I would think I'd want to show it off. But instead it looks awful at the seams--which is definitely an installer issue. I really don't like posting negative reviews, but I feel helpless and don't know what to do. I don't want others to go through the same experience we have. Steer clear of ******** carpet.
