    Dale is a ********. He double charges you and the insurance. He was fired from his last job because of insurance fraud, so he started his own company where he gets away with it. He lies all the time. He will tell you he already ordered the carpet for your basement that flooded, while your kids are living in the trailer, during the school year, in winter, because there's no room in the house. But then the carpet never comes. Month after month, he doesn't answer his calls. He doesn't care. He made tens of thousands of extra dollars from charging two insurance companies twice for the same job, and then doesn't do the job and expects the homeowner to pay for everything. And he even started working by promising that the deductible wouldn't have to be paid. He would eat the costs. Well that didn't happen. Stay as far away from him as you can and I hope he finally gets what's coming to him. He deserves to be in jail. Anyone who recommends him to you should be in jail as well.
