  There is no way to delete your credit card information from their site. Upon cancelling a recurring product, they charged my card one last time, which was 2 days after the previous monthly order. I initially tried setting up an order with Apple Pay, but had no balance for them to withdraw from, which is why I set up the credit card recurring payment. 2 months after I thought this subscription was over, they charged my Apple Pay since I had funds loaded. Now I cant cancel the Apple Pay subscription because there is no login to enter, and you cant remove payment options from their site. Very shady system intended to make unsubscribing extremely difficult and squeezing every ***** they can from you.

  *********** customer support. Received an order of D3/K2 that has very odd discoloration and do not feel comfortable taking these. Have emailed support 4 separate times and left a couple voicemails, all with no response.Feel like I wasted money on a company who doesnt stand by their product. Would recommend staying away from this company.

  No response to emails and have a ***** tracking number with no movement. They never responded to my emails and still , one week later, no movement or tracking updates. It's true what EVERYONE says, no one ever picks up the phone. Trash business. I believe they need to be reported to the *** for false advertising as business when their practices break consumer relationships that should be accurate and morally true. Taking customers money and not producing what was agreed upon in a timely matter is not being honest with the consumer when it comes to the business practices. They should be investigated.

  I visited the Transparent Labs website and left. An hour later, I received a spammy, promotional email from them. I never opted-in to receive emails. They are either utilizing SafeOpt, or a variant that somehow collects emails without customer opt-in. (SafeOpt is in the middle of a massive class action lawsuit as of this review.)Would never do business with a company like this.

  Products are sub par and customer service is HORRIBLE to non-existent. They won't honor their return policy, their phones are all disconnected and won't respond the emails asking for help. Company is actively committing fraud. Buyer beware.

  **************** is nonexistent! I ordered pre workout from their website on March 16, 2023. I did not receive an order confirmation email following my online purchase. No receipt, no tracking number. Ive called the phone number on their website multiple times and have had no luck. *** sent an email about this problem and received a generated email response from ***** ************** Specialist) telling me that they are currently experiencing a large volume of inquiries than usual and that theyll get back to me asap. Ive sent Transparent Labs a message on FB messenger with screenshots of my call log to show how many times Ive tried calling them, the email I sent them, and my credit card transaction showing proof of my purchase. This is ridiculous! Zero stars for customer service ????

  Zero stars. I have been drinking protein powder in smoothies for 15 years. My first attempt, I could not even finish this . Burped all day. Company should be closed. I am a healthy early 50s male that exercises daily.Disappointed Midwest Man
