    A pay ahead, no refund operation. After months of back and forth, Im getting nowhere. Have exact impression of my teeth that they keep wanting different pictures/views of. Wonder if their profit comes from the no refund policy, not a volume of retainers.

    I can't recommend based on my experience with this company. The bottom retainer broke within a few months and outside the warranty. Mind you I had a retainer for nearly 8 years without any breakage prior. This product is stiff plastic. When I ordered a pair as backup this is when the issue happened. The mailing label never arrived, but the company took my money and refused to send another shipping label. We're now in dispute with the credit card company for a refund that Clear Retain is more than happy to drag out as long as possible. Horrible business practices - taking on more work than they can do in a reasonable timeframe. Avoid.
