    Sent from my iPhone I would like to talk to somebody in the company not just a front desk person because I kind of feel like I was treated unfairly. First time I called they said the doctor don't do. Work comp cases so thought OK that's OK normal and then I had to get a hold of my attorney and somebody that knows something about this kind of stuff because I know absolutely zero I've never been in a car wreck. I've never had to go through this kind of thing, so I'm kind of new to it and I felt like the people at th front desk heard that and just got an attitude right away especially when I heard I was on ******** and it was just very disrespectful. We don't *********** attitude and so you would think they would've told me the first time I called before I wasted all this time trying to figure out what doctor I want to use, so I finally call back when you have a finally call back when you have an attitude right when she heard about ******** so she has only take one kind which is understandable, but I had to fill out all the paperwork I could not find my ******** number because for some reason I never got a card but any doctors office I go to they just look at my name and find it it's been no problem anywhere I went so I've been taking like three hours, trying to figure out the ******** number then I call back gonna tell them it's gonna take me a minute, but if they got the rest of the info and so I got off the phone they said if I could try to find it, I said OK not less than a minute later I got a call saying they won't take me now for some reason I have to feel like it's because I don't know about this interest industry enough maybe my last name maybe that I'm on ******** I don't know, but I kind of felt small and little like they were looking down on me which is not a very nice thing to do unless that's how you train your people to be then more power to you but I know for a fact they did not even try to look or find out if I got the right ********,
